Fantastic experience: I joined the gym with my husband three weeks ago. As we are in our late sixties we wanted to increase our strength and stamina to maintain our health and fitness to ensure we could enjoy an active retirement. We were a little apprehensive to begin with, however, Chris and the team soon put us at ease. The sessions are well planned and supervised with a maximum of 6 clients per trainer. The PT's demonsrate each exercise and pay close attention to ensure the moves are carried out correctly to reduce the risk of injury. We would thoroughly recommend Hall Personal Training to anyone thinking of joining a gym. It is a very friendly environment. You work at your own pace with no pressure to compete or compare yourself to others. Progress is monitored with regular 1:1 reviews. Plenty of parking, lovely rural setting.

Fantastic experience: I initially signed up for the six-week challenge and felt apprehensive at first, as I’ve always found traditional gyms uncomfortable. However, the trainers at Hall PT are incredibly friendly, and joining soon felt like the best decision I’ve made for my health! Fantastic experience: I joined Hall training just over a year ago in order to have an escape from a very difficult time of my life and to have something to focus on for myself. I can say with absolutely certainty that Hall training changed my life and helped me keep my sanity some days. Not only has it helped me become the healthiest and fittest I’ve ever been, after growing up in the performing industry I have always had a very bad relationship with food and weight but the guidance from the trainers and the structured sessions have taught me so much and helped my become strong physically and mentally. On top of that, as someone that’s not from the area, hall training has given me a community of people and a year later I feel like I’ve made friends for life in both the members and the trainers. I have absolutely never been stronger, healthier and Hall has absolutely made me happier!

Fantastic experience: I joined Hall Training after a back injury to help with my rehab. The team are so helpful and make sure all the exercises and weights are perfect for my requirements. Fantastic experience: Such a lovely place, feels like a family as the trainers are great. As a middle-aged lady I've never felt intimated by Hall Training as the staff, other members are absolutely friendly and welcoming. High recommend. My body fat has dropped by 2.5kgs but have gained 2.5kgs in muscle mass which is really important for a woman of my age.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for some 1:1 and small group instructions to develop strength exercises. Chris and the team have been brilliant in understanding my limitations due to injury and developing a programme to get me back on track. Fantastic experience: 3 weeks in and I have seen progress in my fitness journey!! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming and sessions are catered for all levels! Would 100% recommend to others! Diet is something I always struggle with but Chris H and Chris J has really helped me get on track. Tried other fitness plans and they haven’t seemed to work or stuck, however half way through my 6 week and really enjoying it!

Fantastic experience: This was not like any gym. The training was structured with super friendly PTs and the small groups were fun without being left to your own devices. I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy training so much.

Fantastic experience: Hall training does everything and more you would expect from a personal training gym. The staff are amazing, and they are more than willing to help in any way they can. The added extras such as social events and group activities outside of training make this a stand out place. Fantastic experience: Hall Gym - Six Week Challenge - has helped to kickstart my fitness again. I have loved every second of it (and everyone here!). I’ve been able to come here every day that the gym is open for six weeks and feel amazing!! Fantastic experience: Initially hesitant but was gently persuaded and was really happy I went. Very friendly and personable staff and I enjoy it. I hate gyms normally but having the support is great and makes a difference
Fantastic experience: I can't recommend these guys enough. Such a supportive community, from the trainers that are constantly on hand to guide you, to the people that attend the sessions. I've gone feeling overweight and old and not having a clue how to use a gym to feeling confident and healthy. I've lost weight, lost inches and I'm eating better. It's not cheap, but it will be best money you ever spend on yourself. I love it. Six weeks in, 9lbs off and counting. Thank-you!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Hall for 6 months and absolutely love it! The concept of small group personal training sounds quite daunting, but it really isn't! It allows you to get a really high level of coaching, great personalized support, a real sense of community and someone to hold you to account and push you to achieve your goals. I'd recommend Hall to anyone looking for something a bit more interesting and social than turning up at a conventional gym and wanting to train by yourself! It's really good fun and really effective! The PTs are great, know everyone by name and will push you/encourage you to make the most of every session.

Fantastic experience: To meet Health & Fitness goals I have always found Personal Training to be the most effective. However Hall Personal Training take it to another level, by adding a community element that meets all levels of individual needs/experience. The Team led by Chris are key to this, they are so knowledgeable and able to tailor approach depending on the needs and personalities that they work with, to daily improve there Health, fitness, strength, confidence and wellbeing of there members. The max 4 people training groups is an inspired strategy that I love, as I get the focussed training I need, in a group that encourages and help each other to strive and improve one session to the next. The app that is completed as you go helps to inspire as your progression is tracked, monthly checkups enable review of goals and discussing injuries, nutrition aid to keep a sustained training schedule. If you are looking for a training environment that will flex with your needs, deliver that one to one focus min a community environment. Hall Personal Training is for you.
Fantastic experience: Excellent friendly training gym. Brilliant programs for all levels, careful training and a warm and fun atmosphere. I am 57 and had rarely been in a gym before. Four months later, I am going twice per week, have lost 12 kg, but more importantly I feel great, and part of a community of people trying to be healthier and happier.

The format changes regularly enough to keep the interest up (introducing new takes on familiar exercises) and the team are always mindful of individual requirements so whilst I chose to do group (rather than one-to-one) training, specific needs are always met. The crowd that attended the recent Wine & Weights evening is demonstrative of the engaging culture they have created.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my trial month at Hall Training. All the staff members were really welcoming and supportive, I found I got back into my strength training really quickly after being out for a while due to having kids and the pandemic. The sessions were well thought through and I loved the apps for tracking PBs and extra stats. Would definitely recommend if you are considering.
Fantastic experience: I've been using Hall Personal Training for approx 3 months and it's the best health and fitness program I've ever participated in. I have really benefited from the progressive weight routines, supervised by expert personal trainers (PT's) in small groups. I have been genuinely impressed with the quality of the PT's who have been uniformly professional, motivating and focused on getting the best results for their members.
Fantastic experience: As someone new to weight training, the Hall trainers made it really easy and enjoyable to get started. The training I've done with them over the last year has been genuinely transformational for both my physical and mental wellbeing. As well as being stronger, more flexible and less sore/creaky/stiff all the time, I've found myself much less stressed about work and other things since I started training. All the trainers are brilliant and I've enjoyed being part of the members' community and meeting different people in the classes. I'd fully recommend giving the trial month a go.
Fantastic experience: Enjoying my fitness for the first time in a long time. Never done anything like the small group personal training before and always avoided weights in the gym for fear of embarrassing myself. Hall is a safe space, all the trainers are friendly and there is a focus on doing exercises correctly to avoid injury. I never feel intimidated by other members, and everyone motivates each other. You may be training with up to 3 other people, but with your own goals and weights the exercises are adjusted to your needs. Facilities are great at the Deddington Studio, the program is varied, and I am seeing a rapid improvement in my strength, fitness, self-confidence and diet. I enjoy being a member here and would highly recommend it to others.
Fantastic experience: Having been a member of most gyms in Banbury at some point I can safely say that Hall training is the best! The group sessions are challenging and a great workout but also fun and add a social aspect to training. I really enjoy the variation in programs and working with trainers who are knowledgeable, approachable and know how to get the best out of their clients. I have gone from dragging myself to the gym to try and ‘burn calories’ to looking forward to each session, seeing if I can lift heavier or hit a new PB. This doesn’t feel like a ‘normal’ gym- but in the best way! Thanks for everything Hall team!
Fantastic experience: Since joining Hall Personal Training at beginning of October this year I am pleased to say I have finally found a friendly and inspirational environment to seek guidance and dedicated support in which to improve my strength, fitness and general well being. All the trainers and friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. The training sessions are well structured whilst being challenging but also fun and sociable. I always leave feeling accomplished and positive. I am really pleased I joined and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for help to improve fitness and maintain a healthier lifestyle
Fantastic experience: I've been with Hall Personal Training for about a month now and just made the decision to continue with a full membership. I feel a difference in my flexibility, my stamina and my strength already. Hall has a great team! I have so far worked with 2 trainers who have been fantastic, Naomi and Adrian. They have worked with me to adapt my training sessions based on my previous back injuries. They are encouraging, motivating, fun and know what they are doing. I highly recommend Hall PT!
Fantastic experience: Having never had personal or small group training before, I was wasn't sure what to expect, but I have been with Hall Fitness for 2 months now, and I look forward to every session! The expert trainers are really invested in helping you to achieve the best results, and there are always new programs to keep you motivated. I am already fitter than I have been in a long time and I find that I always want to push myself a bit more to achieve new PBs. Better results than any gym I have joined before and I am also making new friends!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic space with excellent equipment, facilities and an even better team who are experts in their field and brilliant motivators. After struggling through many gyms in the past, Hall has been the permanent change for me. The small group personal training sessions are a brilliant way of ensuring I am training correctly to meet my goals whilst meeting people and making new friends.

Fantastic experience: Hi Having had a number of small group sessions with hall personal training @deddington I feel like I can give an honest review. As someone who was sceptical and apprehensive about going back into a gym environment, I quizzed Georgey (a lot) she put my worries to rest instantly - thanks Georgey for being so patient! From my trial with Georgey, through to my movement assessment , and even using the app, all the staff have gone above and beyond. Their kindness and drive is infectious and you instantly feel reassured and at ease. The gym itself is really well equipped with great kit and there’s loads of space to train. Everyone wants you to have a good workout and the encouragement and sense of community is what makes hall training really amazing! The small group session really works for me for reasons such as training with like minded people , help were it’s needed and advice on how to train properly. There’s even some friendly competitiveness- Gemma ! Im really enjoying getting to know all the other members and the small group setting works perfectly for me. I can already see and feel the difference. I only wish I’d found them sooner and not been so worried about going back into a gym. D x

Fantastic experience: I have spent a month so far at Hall Personal Training - its fantastic - a taylored exercise for me to focus on health, strength, core. Great facilities, wonderful team of knowlegable personal trainers. I can recommend this place - really really good!
Fantastic experience: Over the years I have trained in a number of facilities, ranging from the small impendent Gym's through to the higher end prestigious chains and I can honestly say training with the clients and Team at Hall, has been the best experience, as a new member the guys at Hall ensure your aims, goals and needs are tailored for and deliver a bespoke program in-line with your abilities and experience even though you are training as a small group. They ensure any worries or anxieties are calmed by introducing you to the group at the start of each session and take you through a detailed demonstration of each exercise so even a complete newbie understands how to perform the movements safely and with the right technique, there are regular check ins and you really feel part of a training family.
Fantastic experience: Having joined 4/5 months ago I can safely say Hall Personal Training have fully delivered in all aspects of improving my fitness, nutrition and overall physical well-being. The Trainers are fantastic… knowledgeable and friendly. They combine the right amount of expertise but also know how to make each session fun and enjoyable whilst pushing you that extra bit (the bit that makes the difference). The facility is superb and they are always looking for ways to improve the experience for their members. If you’re looking for a more personalised approach to getting in shape with a welcoming and supportive community I couldn’t recommend Hall Personal Training enough.
Fantastic experience: My experience of Hall Training Deddington has been great. It was my first try at a personal training gym and it surpassed my expectations. My trainers Chris H and Chris J have been fab. They are professional, knowledgeable and passionate about helping you achieve your goals. Their down to earth natures brought me confidence in what otherwise may have been a daunting environment. The gym is fresh, spacious and handily equipped with nice showers and a coffee machine : ) Being new to the area I particularly enjoyed meeting and training with a whole range of lovely people working towards a common goal of leading a healthier lifestyle but in way that’s individual to you. You really feel like part of a team/family. Thank you Hall Training for the experience, I would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a personal trainer where I was pushed but it was still enjoyable, and I found it here! You can choose between 1-1 sessions, dual session, or small group (4 participants and 1 trainer). I stick with the 4:1 sessions as I still get the personal touch, but it’s great to have the support of other participants as well. It’s a great atmosphere with people of all shapes, sizes, and reasons for being there! All the trainers here are knowledgeable and friendly, and the booking process is easy, with decent availability. Oh, and the coffee machine is worth arriving early for!
Fantastic experience: Hall Personal Training is everything I’ve been looking for in a gym and more. I always wanted to have multiple PT sessions a week and feel like I was being pushed and to see constant progress. I wanted to feel motivated to keep going and to enjoy being in a team environment. Fantastic experience: I've been a client of Hall Training for the last few months and it's been a really positive experience. They have a great team of trainers with varied programmes to keep your interest and motivation going. The group of 4 sessions give you all the advantages of a personal trainer combined with a team dynamic and at a fraction of the normal cost of usual 1 on 1 PT session. Happy to recommend.
