This is my Strength & Conditioning studio in Newark, UK. I specialise in small group training consisting of a maximum of 4 people per group. I do work with a variety of ages, however. Most of my clients are aged in and around 40-60 years. I also do some 1-1 sessions. My work is very much based on improving people's life expectancy (longevity) and being able to continue to do day to day tasks as we age (health span), ultimately, adding years to your life and quality of life.
