Fantastic experience: I have dined with 3F Food on a regular basis for at least a year! The quality of the food is great; they cook with good produce to a very high standard. The food is always freshly cooked and served hot (if of course ordering hot food). 3F do not shy away from portion size! I always order the halloumi rice bowl and they use a whole block of halloumi which is incredible, most places serve 3 small slices. The halloumi is always cooked to perfect, soft and not rubbery. Each time I order the halloumi rice bowl, there is a different variety of healthy vegetables and a light sauce, enhancing the natural deliciousness In terms of pricing, it’s extremely good priced. The halloumi rice bowl is £10 which is a bargain for such a huge quantity of food AND the quality is top tier! The atmosphere is always positive where members of staff will greet you with a friendly smile. I often eat alone here and I’m always made to feel welcomed and comfortable. The food is served in good time, not too much waiting around, but allowing the chef to cook your food to perfection. The dinning area is nice; the tables are spread out which I love and they have huge windows letting in plenty of natural light. In the warmer seasons, you can dine outside, under shade or out in the sun. I’ve had hot drinks here which are also great! Overall, I cannot fault 3F Food! If you haven’t visited yet, then this is your calling! Fantastic experience: Really great and tasty food. Highly recommended when Tank Wojtek cooking because he knows how to cook! If someone else is cooking the food is not the same. Only when Wojtek is cooking is the food is best of the best!

Fantastic experience: The best healthy food I’ve ever had! Not just a gym cafe but just genuine good fresh food. Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat dairy or gluten and the chef was very welcoming and was open to cooking altered meals just for my requirements
