Fantastic experience: I've can't recommend this place enough! Sarah and Laura are amazing, I had a massive gym phobia and within minutes that completely changed. They make you feel so welcome and motivate you to achieve your goals as well as having some fun along the way. I am obese, not a skinny Minnie and it doesn't matter your size or ability they will help you achieve what u want to achieve and make the time for you. Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Joining this gym has improved my fitness massively. I'm stronger, happier and healthier. Sarah and Laura are fantastic at getting the best from me. It's such a friendly place, hugely supportive both from the trainers and the other members. I look forward to working out.

Fantastic experience: Joined SKPT 9 months ago now and never looked back. All PT's are experts in their field and 100% committed and supportive in helping you achieve your goals. The positive atmosphere and motivation of PT's and members is amazing. Not forgetting the delicious meal prep service they offer too, cannot remember the last time I cooked the meals are that good :) If you haven't tried it yet you need to!
