Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dans classes for just over 10 weeks now, lost half a stone and 6 inches. Dan is a hard taskmaster! but no pain no gain. He is very encouraging and gives great advice. Beginners should not be put off, just take it easy on the early stages-you get out of it what you put in. Everyone is very friendly and the classes are not too big. Long may these brilliant classes continue and the results keep happening! ! Thanks very much Dan :-))))

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Dan's spin sessions at Firebrand Fitness since he started, they are brutal and brilliant at the same time, the bikes are great better than any other spin classes I have tried previously anywhere else. The circuit training class are great, hardwork with a wide range of equipment. All the cross training I have done at Firebrand Fitness the last couple of years have complimented by running and helped me achieve many running goals. Dan is very welcoming and inclusive to all his clients.

Fantastic experience: Excellent PT sessions and excellent classes. I found Dan in the January of this year and can’t get enough of firebrand. I need motivation and encouragement to achieve and there is no lack of this in all sessions Dan runs. Looking forward to the relocation and the additional classes it will bring. Fantastic experience: Brilliant classes hosted by a brilliant instructor, Dan is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I mainly do spin as cross training for my running but sometimes also do circuit training and metafit... all his classes are ace and delivered by a great motivator, cheers Dan

Fantastic experience: I am returning to exercise 4 months after having a baby and have found the spinning class amazing. Dan is great and his class is hard work but great fun. I can push myself but also ease off if I am struggling. Its a great sweaty work out
