Fantastic experience: This is unquestionably the best holistic training environment I’ve used, combining great facilities with a culture of support, friendliness and knowledge sharing. Everyone is made to feel welcome regardless of age, gender or ability and the opportunities to develop in a wide range of disciplines from contemporary dance to power lifting is excellent. I have always been active but through guidance, motivation and personal focus the MRC has encouraged a fundamental shift in how I train with incredibly positive results. Membership gives access to all the facilities plus a range of free classes and it’s amazing to see how the gym changes on an almost weekly basis with the addition of new equipment and improved spaces to train in. The coffee is pretty good too!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is disabled with limited mobility, I have found this Wellness Centre to be very disabled friendly. I love the ethos of "everyone can move something, so come move the something and see where you end up." Using the gym equipment and weights (they have very little weights!) has made a significant improvement to my health and mobility even on the very little I can achieve. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service, relaxed and welcoming environment. My 13 year old son is able to work out while I wait for him. This gym has enabled him to have something to focus on and look forward to which is a game changer for this town and young people. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I love coming to train at the MRC - it's the only 'gym' I've been to where you don't feel judged on your ability. I've learnt so much about the way we move from coming here and you feel inspired to try new things all the time. Recently had an amazing massage here too. Lush!

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere it's not just a place to get fit it's also a place to have fun and there are so many diverse classes available wich is really good, there is always somebody there to help if you need advice on anything or learn a new skill or technique I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great small town gym with lovely staff! The free weights section is big enough and they have plenty bars. The machine section is not so equipped with niche machines that you may find in commercial gyms but that is no problem for me and a bit of creativity with cable machines will get you anything you want anyway! Definitely will visit again when necessary.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming friendly atmosphere. I’ve personally struggled with mental health issues and the support I’ve received from theses guys is second to none. They’ve helped me get my love back for training and have offered very helpful advice as regards to my training needs and knee rehab. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to train that may not have the confidence or will power to do so. The free classes included with your membership are a lot of fun and will teach you how to train in a fun way. They will help you meet like minded people that will give you the confidence and motivation to carry on training, which is good for your health and well being. And did I mention Stu is dreamy .

Fantastic experience: It’s in the name. Culture. Jacob is the genuinely man heading in Llandrindod a genuinely needed movement towards an integrated perspective on health. Functionality, health, happiness, community. It isn’t about lifting heavy things. It’s about feeling good within yourself and being able to do more! Maybe one day I will do a backflip.
