Fantastic experience: Rachel is a wonderful personal trainer - she advocates for a routine that works for you. I was quite under confident going in to the PT sessions, but Rachel put me at ease with her fun and personable style. I’ve really enjoyed our 121 sessions and videos in between. I have gained confidence in form, and I feel much stronger!
Fantastic experience: Rachel is a great PT. She's incredibly knowledgeable about exercise and makes working out easy and engaging. She really listens and works closely with you to help you achieve your goals.
Fantastic experience: Rachel is a truly excellent personal trainer. I thought going in that getting my fitness back on track would be gruelling and uncomfortable, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed every minute. It’s now just become something I do. Rachel has a really relaxed, chilled and pragmatic approach and it’s not a quick fix but rather designed to establish a foundation to keep you fit, healthy and strong for life. But she will also challenge you, things that seemed unachievable 4 months ago are now just part of my weekly fitness routine. Highly recommend. :)
Fantastic experience: Rachel is an absolute gem, I can't recommend her highly enough. My physical and mental confidence was at an all-time low after two babies in quick succession, and with Rachel's support I'm starting to feel like myself again. She's incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, with the perfect blend of encouragement and understanding (and tough love when necessary!). She also helps me to feel proud about my achievements when usually I would brush them off -- she's a wonderful cheerleader! Still to manage that mythical press up, but with Rachel's support I'm getting closer and closer. Seriously, if you're in any doubt, just get in touch with her, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I feel privileged to have met Rachel and for her to have trained me for the past 3 years. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I met her when I was rehabilitating from a back injury and wanted to get fit and trim for my Birthday. Rachel immediately recognised that my lack of glute strength caused my injury and listened to what caused me to quit exercise regimes previously. She tailored our training sessions to my specific requirements and around other commitments. She continued to motivate me outside of these sessions through creating programmes to work on in my own time, educating me about my diet and regular check ins. Rachel has really motivated me to commit and am so pleased with the results, both physically and mentally. She is firm but fun to work with and demonstrates an in-depth understanding coupled in real interest in the development of her clients. She is flexible in her approach which has ensured I continued to feel motivated and improve during lock down through online sessions. This has also enabled me to train with my Mum, even though we are in two different counties which has been amazing!

Fantastic experience: Rachel is a fantastic personal trainer and couldn’t recommend her enough! She helped me get back into fitness when I was struggling with motivation and confidence. She really takes the time to understand her client’s own specific goals and builds strong relationships with her client base. I love that each session is varied and she pushes you, but also makes it fun! Just don’t be late or she’ll make you do “late burpees” as punishment - I know!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rachel since Feb this year and I can hand on heart say that this was the best decision I have made in a long time … Rachel is extremely professional and encourages ever so subtly which makes training a dream …I find that I have gained so much strength from when I started with her and find myself doing exercises I couldn’t do before … my mental health has also improved very much which is another big bonus ! Thank you Rachel and COMPLETELY recommend her :)

Fantastic experience: An incredibly knowledgeable and personable personal trainer! Her empathetic and enthusiastic style means that I've continued training with her for a year, from 3 months after having my second baby. She's got me back to a size 8 and deadlifting 35kg, from never having touched weights before, working comfortably around the demands of having 2 kids under 2 years old. Wonderfully flexible and all over zoom, so more comfortable than being in any gym. Love her enough to recommend her to 2 of my friends, who now also train with her.

Fantastic experience: Recently retired, I have spent my working life in an active profession which involved moving significant heavy weights on a daily basis. As I have never run a car, cycling has been my day to day transport, with daily commutes of an hour or more. I therefore regarded myself as fit - with a hearty appetite – in another generation I would have been seen as a 'Trencherman'! I enjoy preparing and eating good food. Never sporting though, I hated 'games' at school, though I do half heartedly follow the Tour de France (ideally from a PMU café tabac in rural France) and I am an accomplished skier. As I approached retirement, changes, not of my own making, meant my working life became less active. My appetite and meals however changed little. In January 2019 I realised the weight I had gained over Christmas (an extra 5kg) was not going to evaporate as it usually did, and I became increasingly aware that I was less fit than I believed. The doctor had already suggested I should loose some weight – about 10kg. This gave me a target weight of 80kg. I began working with Rachel after picking up a flyer at the pool that January and we began a course of gym based lessons – a session a week. The gym environment is not a comfortable one for me, and I was reluctant to do my 'homework'! However I did quickly see health benefits, an improvement in general well-being, though little loss of weight. Spring 2020 brought the first lockdown, with limited or no access to the gym. Rachel's on line coaching has been inspirational, both one – to – one sessions and exhausting group Zoom workouts. Exhausting but enjoyable – after the event, The changing programme of daily workouts Rachel set me provided the structure I need to keep me motivated, and this regular routine has, for me, been a success, continuing the improvement in fitness I'd already noticed and the now daily exercise has at last produced the loss of weight I was hoping to achieve. The challenge is now maintaining this with Rachel's help.
