Fantastic experience: This gym was the perfect place for me returning from a long spell out of training. The quality of this gyms programs/classes and the sheer knowledge of its owner are second to none. Lewis has engaged me and structured a tailored program that has not only enhanced my physique but more importantly my wellbeing! This place and its owner are a hidden gem. Would thoroughly recommend to gym users of all abilities and goals.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with personal trainers before but no one like Lewis. His work outs are unique, interesting & enjoyable. His advice on every aspect of your health is on point down to the smallest detail. If you do anything that he asks of you, the results are life changing. High recommend even trying the Saturday sessions which are a lot of fun too. Thanks Lewis for all you help & advice.
