Fantastic experience: Mark online coaching experience is another level! I enjoyed how he is able to motivate to keeping going towards my goals! The online coaching is complete and I didn’t feel missing anything or support while doing the workout! He is friendly and does the adjustments based on your fitness level!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Mark for a few months during a recent injury to my ankle. He’s tailored the sessions to focus on my current strengths but also the areas for improvement and really invested the time to make the sessions work for me. I enjoy the sessions and they keep me motivated each week especially whilst going through my injury. Fantastic experience: Gym training can be tough, but the moment you walk into the MC Performance Centre you feel like an elite athlete. The equipment is shiny and new, the performance testing decks are state of the art, and Mark and Ollie are next level. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend mark enough. Was training with him in person for a year and online for over 1.5 years. Helped me achieve all my goals I wanted, and is very supportive and always there to help. I lost over 20kg in weight and gained so much confidence in the gym and went on from just lifting weights to running and entering some events. For anyone looking for a PT or any guidance along their fitness journey, then mark is your man for sure! 5*

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mark for 4 months through online training, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first but a meeting with Mark and a plan on how I could achieve my goals soon made everything clear. I have never been a big gym goer and suffered with gym anxiety due to not knowing how to perform certain exercises and was worried I’d look stupid getting it wrong so I would avoid training. However having a plan tailored to my goals with videos on the app to show me how to do the exercises makes it so easy to take control of my training. Mark is 100% dedicated to all of his clients and is always there at the end of a WhatsApp message to answer any questions. We have regular check in calls to re-align any goals and to see how I am getting on. Mark genuinely cares about his clients and has a really professional, person-centred approach. As a result of training with mark I’m so much fitter and healthier and have a much more positive outlook. My main goal for my wedding is well underway and the results are starting to show. Mark has helped me so much and the time and dedication that he puts into making sure my goals are reached is second to none. I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone that is looking for a coach that genuinely cares and gets results… then Mark is the coach for you!

Fantastic experience: The best thing I’ve done to get me ready for the season. 100% worth the money, mark helped me gain a lot of strength back into my legs after a long time out with injury. Gym facilities are top tier and made it a great place to go and train. Will be back in the next off season!

Fantastic experience: The past 7months have been an amazing experience for me. I joined MC Online after obtaining a back injury at the gym. I needed help and guidance with rehabilitation, support and general motorvation with getting back to my happy place. Mark and his team have been nothing less then incredible. From the programming, nutritional advice and support to accountability. The WhatsApp support group has been awesome. I have met and become friends with other past and present members. I am now back to the hobbit I enjoy the most, Crossfit. My back feels strong again. I am full of knowledge and tools around nutrition. I have learned so much! Fantastic experience: MC Online is a fantastic comprehensive personal training service that is truly suitable for you whatever your goals. My personal reasons for joining were wedding prep to get myself in the best shape possible and just feeling my strongest and healthiest self! Mark and the team are all expert coaches and everything within the programme is completely tailored to your goals, abilities, workout facilities and schedule. You get access to Gemma the nutritionist too so it’s not just the exercise side that is covered but nutrition which is such a key part of any plan. They hold monthly webinars on lots of different topics so I felt like I learnt a lot to equip me post programme to continue to make good choices for my health!

Fantastic experience: We met Mark through the Champions football programme, he was professional, knowledgeable and motivational. A discussion then ensued as to how he could support my son’s progression. Prior to starting with Mark, my son attended many general S and C sessions which were not coordinated. We knew we needed to make improvements in this area however we’re not sure how. My son was a member and attended a local gym but with little input apart from the initial programme. With Mark’s involvement it was planned to fit into our schedule, we found the programming enjoyable, targeted, progressive and concise. Through Mark, Champions football introduced a series of programmed physical testing assessments throughout the year. Having just completed the second cycle, huge gains can be seen in - Hop test (30.4%) improvement, Jump test (25.1%) improvement and peak vertical force (10.2%) improvement. All of these have moved from below average at first screening to above average now. When asked about the improvement Mark quoted ‘It is impressive for sure. In only 3 months & in season, that’s awesome’ Results in the gym have translated onto the pitch with increased distance travelled, power sprints have become faster, longer plus more frequent and the heat map shows a greater coverage of the pitch which is analysed through a gps tracker worn during games. This data used to plan the following weeks sessions. My advice, without hesitation is to book an initial discussion with Mark to see how he can help. He is open, honest and has his clients best interests at heart. If you needed anymore persuasion, the results speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Mark in September 2021 doing 2:1 coaching twice a week as well as following an online programme. I’d hit a bit of a plateau with my training and stopped seeing results which was my main reason for starting. I had a big holiday that I wanted to feel good for so I talked through my goals with Mark and he listened to what I wanted to achieve over the 6 month period. I’ve now been a client for 16 months and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Training has become part of my lifestyle and I’m still thoroughly enjoying each of my sessions. Mark ensures we have weekly check ins which keeps me accountable and helps me feel motivated talking about my wins from the previous week. Not only have I learnt a lot about nutrition and the importance of food, he also provides monthly recipes books and guides which I find really helpful to stay on track. Each training block is unique and specifically tailored to my goals which I love. Mark has a huge wealth of knowledge and I take everything I’ve learnt into each training session which has made a huge difference. I have no plans on stopping my training with Mark and I’m excited to see what more I can achieve with his help in the future. I would highly recommend MC training whether that’s starting training for the first time or you’re just looking to develop your training further :)

Fantastic experience: I started with mark almost 10 months ago with 2-1 PT for 4 months & when I first went to him, I just felt in a lull with fitness & just didn’t know how to push forward to get the results I wanted. I also wanted to build confidence with weight training & making sure my form was right ect I felt so nervous about doing it wrong or injuring myself. Well massive thanks to Mark, he’s been amazing every step of the way, his constant encouragement & feedback kept me going. He’s so dedicated to his job & has helped me achieve so many goals - even got me doing a fitness comp last year which I loved & already signed up to another this year. His weekly check ins, help to keep focus & reflect on the week - he replied every week & gives advice to help with the next week. I moved to online coaching in August last year & my programmes are done by Ollie, who again has been brilliant, always giving feedback on my workouts, my check ins & always encouraging me each week. Mark & Ollie are both so approachable as well with any questions or concerns about nutrition/training or if I’m having an off week - they’re so supportive. On top of the training, Mark has helped me to understand nutrition for the first time, setting me nutrition goals & explaining each macros purpose & how it fuels my body/goals. I have truly never felt better both physically & mentally in myself, my fitness, health & overall view of my training so thank you to Mark & Ollie for helping me get here. This is the most consistent I have ever been & now I feel strong & I love the whole process. I really can’t recommend MC training enough & I’m not going anywhere yet so let’s see what 2023 brings

Fantastic experience: Before working with Mark, I had a basic understanding of training and Nutrition, but with a busy schedule and midway through a football season, I lacked the knowledge of how to continue the progression of strength training and cardiovascular fitness while balancing fatigue with football matches. In the 6 months or so that I’ve been working with Mark, the knowledge and understanding of every aspect of health and fitness relative to me and my schedule that I have taken onboard is more than I could have imagined. Having experienced a busy football schedule himself, Mark’s understanding towards my needs each week made programming the schedule extremely efficient. I’m looking forward to put this knowledge to use and plan my own journey for a while. On a personal note, Mark was so easy to work with, constantly answering any questions I had,along with such clear explanations and demonstrations of workouts, helped out by the ‘TrueCoach’ app which made things so easy to follow each week. The weekly reviews provided really important validation for good weeks and highlighted equally important improvements to target during the next week. When starting with Mark, I was just getting back into playing football after 5 years out of the game. The goal at the beginning was to get back to being able to complete 90 minutes by the end of the season. I’m at a stage now where I’m able to get the full games in and i’m back scoring goals. Without Mark’s help, that would not have been possible and I’ll always be very grateful for what he’s helped me achieve. MCTraining =

Fantastic experience: Mark was a massive help for me in my return from a difficult period in the summer where I was injured. I saw him for 1 to 1 on pitch sessions to help phase me back into fitness and ready for training. He was always progressive with his sessions and had a great balance of technical and physical drills which was exactly what I needed prior to going back into a full time professional training environment. He pushed me and was always asking how I was feeling and responding to the sessions, I would highly recommend it to any players looking to get fit or wanting to further their training with any specific 1 to 1 work.

Fantastic experience: I was never really sure how to get my body to full fitness during the off season so I teamed up with MC performance to try and get me flying before the season, from working with MC training I feel I’ve had the most beneficial off season ever! Fantastic experience: I started working with Mark through the winter season to try and prepare for my first triathlon of this year. The strides forward I have made through Mark’s coaching have been incredible. He has helped me improve not just my overall performance but each discipline along with working on my strength training and sorting out my nutrition which I had really struggled with previously. The enthusiasm and drive Mark brings to all aspects of his coaching is infectious. His positivity and support helped me keep pushing forwards even at the most challenging times. The knowledge and experience Mark has along with the work he puts in behind the scenes, means you can trust him to see the bigger picture and you come out fitter, stronger and better! And if all of that wasn’t enough he even came out to cheer me over the finish line on a cold start to the triathlon season, you really can’t ask for anything more from a coach!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been trained 1-1 by Mark for around a year now and cannot express the difference in strength, fitness and motivation towards myself! MC Training isn’t just any personal training consultancy. Mark is dedicated to his job and goes above and beyond to help all his clients. Mark tailors each of the session around your goals and is available daily on WhatsApp to offer support or any questions. Additionally Mark offered a weekly check-in sheet to check up on goals, well-being and any questions. He also offered nutritional help, monthly measurements and monthly recipe books with tasty meals. I can’t thank Mark enough for the previous year of training and I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a Personal Training Coach to MC Training!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mark for a few months now and have been incredibly impressed. I decided to train with Mark hoping to shed a bit of fat, get fitter and have some guidance with nutrition after feeling a bit ‘flat’ in my own training. He has far surpassed my expectations. The sessions themselves are tailored specifically to my goals, which Mark regularly reviews with me. As well as having excellent knowledge, Mark also has a really encouraging and positive coaching style. The sessions he designs are challenging for me, but because he is so positive and funny I really really enjoy them. In terms of nutrition, Mark understands that I am not going to sacrifice my social life, and in fact he encourages me not to! Instead, we plan ahead so that I have strategies that allow me to go out for meals, drinks and parties without compromising my health and fitness goals. The final element of Mark’s style is his communication. Mark checks in with me every week - celebrating successes, understanding setbacks and strategising for the following week. He is also very available for questions out side of dedicated sessions via WhatsApp which has helped me to stay on track. As a result of training with Mark, I have got fitter, leaner but most importantly happier!! My quality of life has improved a great amount as I have much more confidence both inside and outside of the gym.

Fantastic experience: Working with Mark has been great! I was stuck in a monotonous routine and fairly unmotivated to train but MC online has completely changed that. Despite living in London, the programme is so personal with Mark always being on hand if I've got a question. The little touches such as the cookbook also make his service so great. Fantastic experience: MC is a fantastic, motivational coach and someone I couldn’t recommend highly enough. I went to Mark with multiple back and knee injuries that had been with me for over a year, I couldn’t manage body weight squats to a box, deadlifts or short runs without having days of agonising pain, yet Mark quickly recognised what the issues were and worked with me to solve them before strengthening the area so it wouldn’t reoccur. Now I’m capable of squatting with a weighted bar, completing 100kg+ deadlifts and runs weekly, whilst being the strongest I’ve been. The work that he puts into the planning of each session, monitoring progression, weekly check ins, feedback, motivation and support is immense. There really isn’t anything else you could want in a coach!

Fantastic experience: worked with mark at Mc performance in the off season to get me back to full strength after having an accident back in November. He really helped get me back to my strongest , such a knowledgable person and couldn’t recommend highly enough. We went through a range of sport specific drills in the gym and on the pitches to become more powerful. He also took his athletes to cryolabs to help prepare in the best way possible for pre-season

Fantastic experience: Just a few words to share my appreciation of your support on my fitness journey. I write this at my lowest ever weight and with a much better drive for fitness. Never did I think I would compete at a fitness competition! Working with Mark is effortless! He finds what motivates you and builds a programme linked to the goals you want to achieve, while tailoring everything to your individual needs. I find myself wanting to go to the gym 4 times a week! Fantastic experience: MC Training aren't your typical Personal Training Consultancy. Mark has influenced positive changes to my daily routines from great advise on healthy eating to awesome exercise programmes. I have lost pounds within a short period of time due the well structured workout sessions,(they're not about turning up for a chat) I get beasted each session and I feel 100% better for it. Mark checks in every week at least once to see how I'm getting on and is very supportive, thoughtful and just genuine nice bloke. I can't recommend MC Training and the services they provide highly enough.

Fantastic experience: MC training was amazing from the start. Even though I live all the way in Derby and Mark did all of my PT online he was still on it and ensured I had everything I needed to reach my goals. After having my second C-Section in December my main goal was to get my core strength back as well as loosing the baby weight during my time with Mark I lost just over 7lbs, learnt all about nutrition and gained my core strength back. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Mark
