Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this Crossfit bbox since it opened. I have always found the crossfit coaches excellent and willing to scale/adapt a workout to meet the individuals needs. I like the fact the workouts are varied and offer new challenges. The group coaching enviroment creates a great atmosphere of support and healthy competition. If you have never tried Crossfit and want to come along I would highly recommend getting in touch.

Fantastic experience: Well maintained box, plenty of equipment and organised. Did some drop inns while visiting the area. Communication was quick and easy, classes start at 6/6.30 AM for the early birds. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in to train for a week whilst visiting the area. The team were very friendly and welcoming. Programming was on point. Great coaching, amazing facility and equipment, fun friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic box! Trained here for a month whilst on some leave. Kevin and the team make everyone feel welcome and the coaching and equipment is first class. Suitable for beginners, intermediate or advanced athletes. I will be back for sure
