Fantastic experience: Lovely cabin & the unit in Sutton is a wonderful addition! I’ve done a class at both locations and they were both great, but in the cabin surrounded by the woodland is just divine, especially on a cold October evening! Highly recommend for your yoga practice!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at I am Yogi - I'm new to Birmingham. The place is gorgeous, the space and facilities are nice and communication was easy. However, I like a challenging class and when I read the Flow+ was going to have inversions and arm balances I expected a bit more of the class, some more funky shapes. I self practice ashtanga yoga, so sometimes I like to go to an advanced flow class to experience poses that don't normally do. I'll still come back and try out other classes though!

Fantastic experience: Following a major accident 4 years ago, and despite 1.5 years of physiotherapy at the hospital, I have struggled to return to yoga, which I found very effective when I first tried it. Today was my first visit to a yoga class, and I cannot thank the team enough for welcoming me and reminding me how enjoyable these sessions can be when mind and body work together in harmony. I have tried a number of other good institutions, but I highly recommend this one. It was totally enjoyable, professional, and effective for mind and body. Give them a visit, and if you don't like it, you haven't lost anything, but you may gain a great deal of joy, just like I did on my first try. Thank you.

Had my first class with Sophie; she is very caring and works with you according to your capabilities and takes any injury you have into account, giving advice on alternatives for certain exercises. I really thought I'd struggle to 'be present' and ignore my current stresses and busy mind, but the setting and Sophie's gentle guidance made it a lot easier than expected. I want this in my life and I will definitely return! Thank you.

Positive experience: Very beautiful cabin and outdoor scenery this time of year. Nice warming feeling. Person in what I would call the reception area was very sweet and pleasant. You can use their yoga mats and clean them afterwards. Gave it a try out on a free trial. Could add more but I shan't. Will seek to find another yoga class, I felt this was not the right one for me. Fantastic experience: First acquainted with I AM YOGI (IAY) at the outdoor yoga at the Botanical Gardens during the summer which, I enjoyed immensely. While getting a bit reluctant to go back indoors, I am only too glad that I give it a go with IAY at their cabin in Mosley this morning. Very welcoming welcome, beautiful cabin with sensational views and surroundings. Our instructor was great, the session made me feel connected with the environment and, reenergised! My photos don’t do the place and definitely not the experience justice. It’s really good that free first session is available. Can’t wait to go back for my next session. Thanks IAY!

The class taught by Nina was amazing and made me feel good to be back on the mat after a difficult pregnancy. I joined in October this year following a really stressful time and the classes with Manoj have quickly become the best part of my week. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place to practice yoga in!!! I’m Yogi is a hidden gem in Moseley, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the cabin is well equipped and have an amazing view. The place has many yoga classes which you can drop in so no subscription is needed although it would work better for you if you planning to practice yoga more than once a week. The instructors and staff are friendly so would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Loved it! It was my first time at I AM YOGI today. I'm quite new to yoga, but the staff made me feel welcome and were very supportive! The cabin is beautiful and cozy! I just purchased 10 sessions and I look forward to joining more classes! One thing I'd appreciate is: slightly better directions. There are two entrances to the park, the main entrance is right in front of co-op. This piece of info would be helpful for first timers.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience to practice yoga in a studio surrounded by nature. The stuff is very welcoming and there is fresh tea available that you can drink while you wait for the class to start. The first class is free and they offer you a discount after you’ve tried it. You can use the discount for your first month membership. It’s also important to know that you don’t need to have the key to the park, you just need to ring the bell at the door and they’ll open it for you. I’m definitely joining!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful calm peaceful cabin set in the Moseley private park. Its a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of life, quiet and serene. A great schedule of practices to choose from and lovely teachers who all have their own individual style. I don't know what took me so long to start practising here!

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible yoga studio! The bring your own baby yoga classes have meant that I can always carve out some time for myself as I adapt to being a mother. Even if my baby is fussy during the session the beautiful calming atmosphere in the cabin means I still feel relaxed and enjoy the benefits of the practice. Fantastic experience: I love this place. In an amazing park that feels like your in a cabin in a forest I’ve been a member here since almost when it opened. The teachers are amazing & give you a great sense of being welcome. You feel like you can practise here without judgement. I wouldn’t want to practise my yoga anywhere else ❤️

There is nothing like practicing yoga with the view of trees and the natural sound of birdsong. It also has an excellent online library of videos - you will see me there! Enjoy :)

Fantastic experience: I adore I Am Yogi <3 It has got to be one of the friendliest and most welcoming studios in the UK. Based in a wonderful wooden cabin surrounded by trees in Moseley Park, you instantly feel at home and like you're practising with friends. I love the diversity of all of the classes and the teachers all have their own individual brand of enthusiasm and spark. It's the kind of place that you instantly want to tell all of your friends about, and then they tell theirs and they tell theirs etc. The studio itself is super fresh, modern and clean and you really feel like you're making progress after just one session. I've practised yoga for a few years now but it was only after joining this studio that I started practising regularly and decided to make it part of my daily routine.

Fantastic experience: Victoria has built a really wonderful and peaceful community here.. it's really nice to practice early morning or in the evening to the sound of the park. All the trainers are incredible, and there's a really good range of styles depending on whether you are looking for something very meditative, athletic or restorative. There's always teas and sometimes cakes to share on the terrace after class too! The first class is free and everyone should try once!

All the teachers are experienced and encouraging, no competition, no egos, just a wonderful community. They offer a wide range of yoga classes for all abilities The classes range from strong ashtanga and flow classes to basics classes building confidence, strength and knowledge of poses. Then there are the nourishing restorative classes ✨ There really is a class for all and whatever you feel you need that day. The instructors are lovely, they are friendly knowledgeable, encouraging and guide well planned and thoughtful classes. The studio and it’s beautiful park setting is a pleasure to practice in. There are classes that allow you to practice whilst seeing the sunrise, sunset or the beautiful moon shining ..... just magical!! I’m a lot in love with this studio ✨

Fantastic experience: Lovely special place. I don't feel like I am in a busy city when we are in these yoga classes. Situated in the park is beautiful with the sounds of birds and tree rustles. The classes are great as they offer so many different ones all throughout the day including a nice early sunrise, it's great value for money. The teachers are very good. Friendly atmosphere and cosy warm but airy too. Thanks for the chocolate mint tea! :)

Yoga teacher’s are so friendly & always welcoming whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi. It’s lovely atmosphere to be in no matter how busy your mind is. It’s so relaxing being amongst the trees & listening to the birds singing. Really grateful for this place !

Fantastic experience: The most beautiful, friendly yoga studio. Nestled in the trees in the private park, you have the most amazing view from the timber yoga studio. It feels like you are deep in the countryside. The instructors are really friendly and the owners Vicky and Tor lovely. It's very good value .First class is free and currently it's £50 per month.
