Memberships are a good price and if you just wanted to pay as you go it’s really simple. Always being cleaned and tidied too. Rich.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. A huge range of gym equipment from typical free weights and machines to strongman equipment. Plus a good cardio machine variety. Very Affordable day price and owners really friendly. Has a lovely community feel without feeling cliquey. Love visiting when I am down to see the mother in law.

Fantastic experience: Great range of free weight equipment (micro plates, various types of barbell, big dumbbell selection, bumper plates etc) and all the main weight machines you are likely to need. Also various cardio options. Very friendly staff and a real sense of community.

Fantastic experience: Attended here for a arm wrestling competition that my son took part in. Lovely gym. Lovely staff offered me a chair (I'm disabled) which I appreciated. And great competition!

Fantastic experience: Great family run gym with all the weights, bars and kit you could think of as well as loads of classes. Really wonderful mixture of people and practises. Very reasonably priced too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Hastings! Me and my friend have been coming for a month now and Zak was so amazing offering support with what machines to use and even diet support , the gym has a brilliant atmosphere not intimidating at all , such a friendly gym to attend! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this gym enough, everyone is amazing from the staff to the other gym users, everyone's happy to help eachother and there's no judgement.. the class on Mondays and Fridays has built my confidence 10 fold, joining Trojan has definitely been my best decision in a while!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, as someone who struggles with self esteem and body confidence I have always felt insecure about going to the gym but Trojan made me feel at home from the get go, I have never felt so secure in myself at a gym besides this one, would 100% recommend to anyone!
