Fantastic experience: We had a lovely short break at Porthminster View , the views from the windows are stunning and the apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay , the parking outside the front made our stay so much easier in busy St Ives . Would definitely visit again .

Fantastic experience: Fabulous apartment, location A1 with easy parking space available. The apartment is immaculate, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Its much quieter being a short walk out of town. Excellent wifi and views to die for over beautiful Porthminster beach. Easy booking and Liz was quick to respond to any questions. Great to be able to book midweek to midweek. Worth every penny. We would book again.

Fantastic experience: Really nice place and an excellent location. You get free use of the hotel pool just up the road which is a nice extra. Easy walk to railway station too. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Perfect positioning for St Ives and Porthminster beach. Clean, comfortable and spacious, we will be back. Parking and Spa passes a bonus, not to mention the sea views.

Fantastic experience: Spacious and well furnished apartment in a superb location. Lovely views across the bay. The parking spot right outside the door, takes away all the hassle of driving into and parking around St Ives. The steps opposite the apartment go straight down to the beautiful Porthminster beach as well as to the train station, if you want to go farther afield. We reported a very minor issue on Day 1 and the hosts were super responsive and had it sorted, with no fuss. The members passes for the hotel & spa opposite were a welcome touch and we used them several times throughout the week. All in all, very happy to highly recommend. Will be booking again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Porthminster View for 4 nights over New year and absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spacious and light with a comfortable bed, convenient parking and everything we needed to feel at home and relaxed. The location was ideal being within walking distance to Porthminster beach, town and restaurants which meant we made the most of St Ives, coastal walks, impromptu sea dips and fresh air! The added bonus was spa access during our stay which added a luxury feel to our mini break. The hosts were friendly, responsive and professional and we hope to stay again soon. Thank you Porthminster View for a lovely start to 2022!

Fantastic experience: Just spent a fantastic week at 1 Porthminster View, St Ives. Food and music festival was taking place on the beach below so the location of the apartment could not have been better. Apartment is very spacious, light and comfortable with a balcony to catch the morning sun. Every facility you need the apartment caters for and to have access to the hotel spa across the road is a real bonus. Also to have your own car parking space takes the stress away of looking for a place to park. Can highly recommend a stay. :)

Fantastic experience: We visited in March 2022, for four nights. This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. We loved having the views over Porthminster Beach from both the sitting room and main bedroom. The apartment is clean, spacious and light, the kitchen is well-equipped, and it was great having two very good bathrooms. We enjoyed lovely sunrises over the sea. I particularly liked being able to just cross the road from the apartment and join the footpaths criss-crossing the back of Porthminster Beach. (One of St Ives's best restaurants is just below the apartment, on the beach.) The Warren takes you right into the centre of town and is a lovely little walk, away from traffic. At low tide you can walk across the Porthminster beach sand, around the rocks, and into the harbour and beyond (best to take flip-flops).

Fantastic experience: We stayed for a week and the apartment was lovely and was well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was a fantastic location and had a lovely view of the beach and sea. We were able to walk everywhere and it was close to the train station and bus station to explore further afield. It was really helpful how before our stay we got pictures of the parking space and the locked box to make our arrival easier and information when we booked was sent promptly. Would recommend booking here and if we did return to st ives we would definitely book here

Fantastic experience: We've come back to Porthminster view for a second year running, as the apartment is so centrally located for st Ives beach & local shops, has great family facilities, all the beach toys, and picnic wear. The sea views are incredible down onto the famous porthminster beach and the balcony is a great spot to enjoy these of a morning. I would recommend the apartment to families and couples looking for a centrally placed apartment, with a great sea view and facilities.

Fantastic experience: We picked up a last minute cancellation for Liz’s apartment for a long weekend in June. Wow, what a place! From the size, the location, the decor, the parking space, you just can’t pick fault. Claire had done a fantastic job getting the apartment ready for us and the communication from Liz on the run up was beyond what we expected. We really liked the extra touches such as the free spa passes and the children particularly liked the binoculars to see down to the beach! We’ll definitely be returning again, thanks Liz!

Fantastic experience: We have just spent a fantastic week staying at Porthminster View, Chy an Porth, St Ives. I can not express enough how beautiful this place is. Location is great for town, train & bus stations. The views across the Bay are fabulous. Very clean & modern. Very well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely recommend staying here. We visited the Spa at Harbour Hotel using the free access passes provided too & that was lovely.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here at the beginning of June for our honeymoon and we had the perfect time. Prior to our visit, Liz the lovely host, kept us informed of road closures to do with G7 conference and also send a portfolio through of the local pubs, restaurants and things to do in the area. The apartment is spectacular with beautiful sea views and impeccably clean. It was the perfect location within St Ives - 2 minutes to Porthminster Beach, and a 5 minutes walk to the pubs and restaurants, but quiet enough to get a good sleep and with the bonus of a parking space. Liz was aware it was our honeymoon and left us a card, some Prosecco, cider and some sweet treats for our arrival, which was a really lovely touch (and all were enjoyed!). We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to come to St Ives. It was perfect for us and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the memories! X

Fantastic experience: What more can I say - perfect accommodation, location and facilities - we particularly ejoyed the pool and spa over the road after a long day on the beach or waling the outstandingly beautiful coastline before heading out for an eveing meal at one of the many great restaurants. I cannit recommend the Chy an Porth apartment at Porthminster view highly enough!

Fantastic experience: This is our third visit to PorthminsterView. It is our favourite place to stay in our favourite place! The apartment is light and spacious with breathtaking views overlooking the beach and out to Godrevy Lighthouse. The apartment has the beauty of having its own dedicated parking space and after a long drive is fantastic.Its location is perfectly placed to explore the town of St Ives with its quaint shops, fab restaurants, art galleries all within a short walking distance.Storm Alex arrived during our stay and whilst we loved watching the huge waves we also made use of the complementary Spa passes.Can i score it 6?Cannot praise the host &appartment enough. We hope to return in 2021

Fantastic experience: Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. A short walk into centre of St Ives with some fantastic pubs on the door step. The complimentary spa was a very nice addition, the perfect escape from living in London. I will be back soon and i would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Liz's apartment at the beginning of August and we had a fantastic family holiday. The apartment is lovely and the views are absolutely fantastic. It was great to have so much space for our family of four to spread out. The parking spot is very convenient and saves having to worry about finding parking in St. Ives. The apartment is very clean and has very nice amenities. The pool passes at the lovely spa across the street were a very nice perk. Liz was beyond helpful and was a fantastic host. I highly recommend staying here; we look forward to hopefully visiting again soon!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time staying at this lovely apartment earlier this year. It is in a great location being less than 5 minutes walk to both the beach and town. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with everything you would need for a great holiday. Furnishings are of a very high standard and has glorious views of the beach and the bay with a small balcony off the main bedroom to take this in. There is dedicated parking for a car and if you were choosing to not use a car once arrived you literally have everything within walking distance as some lovely walks, shops, cafes and bars close to hand. We will return.

Fantastic experience: The perfect escape from the city! Fabulous apartment overlooking Porthminster beach. Free parking space and free access to the spa/ pool and gym facilities opposite! Only a few minutes walk into the centre of St Ives and surrounded by quaint shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic experience: Porthminster View is stunningly located to enjoy St Ives at its best. A lovely, light apartment with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Having our own parking space (gold dust in St Ives!) right outside the apartment is great and as all of the quaint shops, galleries, cafes and pubs are within walking distance, we never used our car all week! However, what makes this place so unique and memorable is the jaw-dropping view of Porthminster Beach directly from the bedroom and lounge windows - whatever the weather we never tired of soaking it all up! Within 5 minutes walk we could be on the beach and at our favourite restaurant. A real escape, and already planning our next return visit!
