CrossFit^® Gainsborough

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love each workout and being pushed to do my best each time, always impressed with myself after. Carlos works endless hours to ensure he offers the best. My little boys had his first session today and cant wait to go back as well.

Fantastic experience: Just had our first session at Gainsborough Crossfit.... Was EPIC. If you have a doubt in your mind, just try it. I'm overweight and unfit, but I felt totally comfortable to ask questions and have a solid place to start the journey to improve my health and fitness levels. I started the session not believing I could do any of it, but then it happened. I wasn't clock watching or wishing it would end (like I normally would when I've tried fit classes and gyms). Adaptions during the session enabled me to achieve and improve rather than allowing me to feel deflated and hurt myself. I have utter faith I can get back to fit with Gainsborough Crossfits support. Think I'm hooked Thank you Carlos and Jamilia for making it possible for me to face my fears.
