Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, fast result. Effort required and determination but staff is amazing, sessions are always fun and something new to expect and you will get to see the difference in your body! I got a better shape and worked on muscles that haven't really done before which was great. You feel healthier, powerful and nice in yourself. Just perfect!!!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for a 3 week challenge (as that is the only time I could do) with Lean 4 Fitness Southampton after having a baby. I’ve tried quite a few gyms over the years and this is by far my best experience. The meal plan is challenging but makes sense and for the first time I’m not dreading the exercise part; I actually look forward to the sessions. All the trainers are welcoming and explain everything thoroughly. Everyone at the sessions, instructors and fellow challengers included, are friendly and there are no egos! Refreshing to go to a gym where everyone has the same goal and there isn’t anything intimidating about the gym or people. I will definitely continue with them after the challenge is finished!

Fantastic experience: Joined the 6 week challenge to get motivated to train again. And after 3.5 weeks I'm loving it. Training sessions are hard work but fun. PTs are all excellent and really helpful. Everyone I've met at the gym is friendly and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: I Had to do something….. my cholesterol levels were on the cusp of being type 2 diabetic, my muscles and joints continually ached, having to pop an ibuprofen tablet before playing a round of golf so as I could complete the round, generally feeling lethargic and not liking who I saw in the mirror. I looked into Lean4fitness because it popped up on my social media page and thought I should give this a go because I knew I wouldn't be able to improve my well being on my own. It has been the best decision I've made in a long time. Thoroughly enjoying the food that they tell you you should be eating, and there's alot of it, also the 3 gym sessions a week that you need to complete over a 6 week period with a trainer who pushes you and encourages you to your limit. The results are amazing. I'm 3 weeks into the 6 week program and already have lost a stone in weight and my belly fat is disappearing fast. I'm feeling fitter than I've been in years. I would recommend this program to anyone who can relate to the way I was feeling.

Fantastic experience: This gym has an introductory challenge which really motivates you to commit for the first weeks, after that you start to realise the benefits for yourself and there is no looking back. This has kickstarted a new lifestyle for me and I will be continuing with them beyond the duration of the initial challenge and look forward to taking my fitness further with the friends I have made among the fellow participants and with the instructors. Fantastic experience: The Lean 4 Fitness journey has been an incredible experience. Very clear and helpful rules to follow, great variety of recipes. Combining the nutrition programme with the fitness sessions is great. Every one of the trainers push you as hard as you can go and make sure every session is varied. Fantastic experience: Just finished the end of week four and I can honestly say this is something I definitely needed. I like many, have another gym membership that hardly got used, but just felt I needed something to get me going again. This was it! Went through the Facebook links and before you know it you're nearing the end of the challenge. This challenge has taught me alot about what I should be eating and the right type of exercise to do. Personally I have lost more weight in the time doing this than any other diet I have done in the past. It was very tough to start, and you do ache, but you get going, get through it, and you feel more energised and better about yourself! Would recommend Lean 4 Fitness to anyone willing to make the commitment, and ready for a change. The staff are always helpful, encouraging and a great bunch of people.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving the 6 week challenge Never done anything like this before in my life. Found week 1 hard where body was getting used to no sugar and reduced carbs but by week 2 this had passed. Loving the work outs everyone has been different and challenging and the instructors are lovely and supportive. Would highly recommend anyone doing this challenge.

Fantastic experience: When I started this program, I was a little sceptical, but after following the meal plan and going to the classes 3 times per week, the results are amazing just after 4 weeks. I have so much more energy. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is actually serious about losing weight and getting into shape.

Fantastic experience: My first thought was this 6 weeks challenge will be hard to complete,but actually totally opposite. Finished my week 4 I have to say I didn't expect it will be so easy. Meal plans is super convenient, I actually eating more than before. I already achieved my fitness goal and gain extra muscles.

Fantastic experience: When I saw on FB that Lean 4 Fitness were looking for women over 50 to do a 6 week challenge, I thought, why not, let's give it a go. I've been to gyms before and didn't really enjoy it so was a bit apprehensive. However, I'm totally loving this. The gym is well equipped, clean and welcoming. The instructors are all amazing. They explain how the session will go and everything is written up for you. They are constantly encouraging you to do the best of your ability and push to go that extra mile. The diet plan is strict and quite daunting to start with but will soon get used to healthy balanced meals. Thank you Lean 4 Fitness for making me feel good about myself again. 4 weeks done.

Fantastic experience: I have joined this gym as they were offering a 6 week challenge to lose weight and body fat! Thought I'd give it a shot, and I'm definitely glad I did! I'm loving every minute, yes it's tough and hard at times but I've learnt so much and the weight is coming off so win win! Fantastic experience: I've had 4 weeks with Lean 4 Fitness Southampton. It's hard work, but I'm proud of myself for doing it. The trainings are interesting and the coaches are wonderful and supportive. The diet is great too. I really enjoy it. Even though I don't notice a difference in weight, I have more energy, I don't feel like sleeping all the time and I think my circumference is smaller. I am excited about the results I will have after completing the challenge.

Fantastic experience: Joined the 6 week challenge in May and am amazed by the results. Just finished week 4 and have lost 12lbs. My fitness has come on so far, I did full press ups yesterday for the first time in years. The trainers are amazing. Always push you hard and get the most out of you. Every session is different. Fantastic experience: I’m coming to the end of my 4th week. If your looking to loose weight or body fat, then Lean4Fitness is the place to go. You will definitely see a change in your body shape as well. At nearly the end off my 4th week I can now fit into 2 blouses I couldn’t even do up and a pair of trousers that I also could not do up. Personal Trainers are amazing. Encourages you through out the session. No session is the same , so you don’t get board . It’s gave me a lot more energy and definitely more motivation. So friendly and every one is there for the same reason. I’m glad I took this step in my life even though it was well out of my comfort zone. Please go to the website and check this challenge out. 2nd review I’m coming in to the start of my 6 week challenge. It has been a good start of the change I needed . The sessions are all different , each PT do the sessions differently , which makes it not boring. It’s definitely been a challenge but I am managing to do exercises I couldn’t do at the start of week 1. I haven’t only lost weight but can see a change in my body shape. I’ve lost 5inches around my waist, and other areas. I have recently brought a couple of new tops and jeans all in a smaller size. Which I’m over the moon . Joining this challenge has definitely pushed me to the right mind set and way of thinking. All the PT’s are so encouraging and supportive. So if you are looking to start getting fitter , improve your wellbeing then Lean4fitness Southampton is the place to go. They are all very welcoming and the people that have been in the same sessions as me are all very nice supportive people as well. We are all there for the same reason . So don’t waste anytime check Lean4 fitness out now to get you back on the right track. Not only to lose weight and body change but for your wellbeing as well.

Negative experience: I really wanted to give Lean4Fitness and the initial experience I had with them 5 stars, but sadly I cannot. The hard work I did over the 6-week challenge was a good experience in that I feel stronger and my fitness level is on its way to a healthier space as I had let this slide for some time. The trainers were fantastic and I got to meet some lovely people as well. However, the course was advertised as free, which it most defiantly IS NOT. I was told that I had to pay a “deposit” of £499.00 as incentive to work hard (which is patronising) and I had to participate in a number of activities while “working towards a goal of 6% body fat loss” which implied that it was not a must like the other points. I was told that as long as I participated in the activities, I would get my full deposit returned. At the time this made sense as they would not be able to advertise the challenge as free otherwise, well certainly not without taking them into the realm of false advertising. During the induction I became concerned about the nutrition plan as all food makes me feel varying levels of nausea and I have developed a number of sensitivities which induce a range of unpleasant side effects, all thanks to menopausal changes. Many of the worst offenders for my sensitivities where staple items in this plan... I later came to understand that a lady had to withdraw due to her reaction to this nutrition plan, which concerned me further (but I accepted this this may be rumours so took it with a grain of salt). Around half way through my 6-week challenge I saw a Facebook post form a lady who said that she had not had her “deposit “returned because she had not met the 6% body fat goal. This was very sad to hear and a shock to me. So, I emailed to gain clarification and did receive a call a few days later to inform me that my initial understanding was incorrect, which I knew I hadn’t and would never have signed up to this challenge if this was the key qualifying component as it is a complete gamble, especially for people with relatively low body weight already, menopausal women and women in general. I had been seriously considering signing up to Lean4Fitness before this as I had really enjoyed the experience and the trainers were fantastic. However, this experience left me feeling swindled and most defiantly stole much of the enjoyment out of my remaining few weeks. It was also the primary contributor to my decision not to continue with them as I make it a point not to work with dishonest businesses. As a point to note the parking is also an issue and I felt quite unsafe when I was returning to my car one evening and a man who I can only assume was a business owner from one of the front businesses in the site, after we had been asked to park on the main road. He was clearly aggravated and wrestling with the idea of confronting me about something, but I drove away when he started to walk towards my vehicle (what got him so upset we will never know!). I have now shared my experience with all the friends and colleagues I initially talked to explaining what had happened and that I can no longer recommend they try this challenge because I would not want them to feel as I do. Anyone thinking about doing this 6-week challenge with Lean4 Fitness, please make sure you challenge what you are told and insist of a copy of the agreement, as I was never given one myself. I would also advise that you take it way to consider before you sign up.

Fantastic experience: I am on week 4 of the 6 week fitness challenge and I've never felt better ! Having fibromyalgia and arthritis I never ever thought I would be able to get back in the gym let alone bang out 3 HIT workouts per week ! No sessions are the same and there's no more than 8 people in each session. Everyone is there to lose weight and get fit so there's no judgement from anyone. Aĺl sessions are very friendly challenging and fun. I'm losing weight and inches nicely. Thanks go to all the trainers who really do help and motivate you to smash out the training and reach your targets. I can see a great improvement in my physique and I am getting stronger each week . The nutrition programme is so easy to follow with no expensive extras just good wholesome food. Thank you Lean 4 fitness Woolston for helping me to get my life back on track and for helping me gain back my fitness and figure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this programme to anyone who wants to lose weight and regain their fitness

Fantastic experience: I have just passed the halfway mark in the 6 week challenge, and I am very impressed! Gym sessions are excellent, with like-minded people trying to achieve weight loss & body fat reduction. The trainers are so supportive & encouraging, while still pushing you to your best efforts. The diet programme was a bit daunting at first, but with a few “tweaks” I have mastered it at last. I am already well on the way to achieving my goal by the end of the six weeks. If anyone is determined to lose weight, get fitter, & make new friends, I can definitely recommend the Lean4Fitness programme!

Fantastic experience: I originally joined lean 4 fitness to improve on my cardio/ stamina levels. I am in my fourth week now and not only have I increased my cardio fitness but I’ve lost weight, have far more energy and have gained some lovely friends. The classes are small which i prefer and are varied. You do work hard but the sessions are also a lot of fun. Instructors are all so lovely and helpful with lots of encouragement. Fantastic experience: Not really into exercise to be honest, however I’m starting to enjoy that feeling you get after a good workout that they all talk about, once I’ve caught by breath and stopped feeling nauseous. I feel re-energised, don’t get me wrong I ache all over but feel great and then funnily enough look forward to the next session. The trainers are fantastic and always happy to help, they like to encourage you and help you find that last little ounce of energy you need to do just “one more” it’s a love hate thing, you’ll understand once you begin. Start at your own pace and then when you’re ready push yourself, challenge yourself, feel good about yourself. Choose exercise, choose lactic acid, choose aching legs, knees arms, shoulders and back Choose not being able to move after a good workout (this too shall pass) Choose endorphins choose dopamines, choose low calories, choose a lifestyle, choose Lean 4 fitness #noregrets

Fantastic experience: Well where do I start I have tried loads of different diets and gyms but this one has far shown me the best results. Just about to finish week 4 and I can already see the change in my body and more importantly my health. I have struggled with the diet plan due to the content change in my shift patterns from days to nights throughout this journey but I have had a great team behind me, always on hand for anything I throw at them and the motivation from the team is outstanding would definitely recommend this process to anyone thinking about changing their eating habits for the better. Fantastic experience: Five weeks into the six week program in southampton, the start was the hardest obviously with the change in diet and training.(considering I've not done much in the way of fitness of any sort in years) some PT's work you harder than others but the sessions are never boring nor repetitive. Fantastic experience: Just going into week 4 of 6 and I can't recommend this program enough. It's no walk in the park but the hard work really pays off. I've lost 12lb, im sleeping better and adopted some really good eating habits. The diet is the real challenge but the workouts and brilliant and the instructors are fab. Fantastic experience: The 6 weeks programme is a game changer at least for someone like me who could never commit to go to the gym regularly. It’s hard work but definitely worth it and can confirm you see results already after week 1. You train in small groups so it’s truly almost like having a PT who watches you and gives guidance on the exercises. The PTs always push you and motivate you to keep going. Fantastic experience: Its been only 4 weeks on the 6 week program and I’m starting to see changes in my body. My legs and arm are definitely slimmer. The chalange encouraged me to do regular workouts despite very busy work and family life with no excuses that i am too tired or too busy to do anything Apart from regular workouts with great proffesional trainers you follow a protein based diet plan which helps you stay full and reduces the sugar craving which i always had to help. All PTs are great, supportive and challeng you if they can see that you have potential to work that little bit harder. Amazing group of people and definitley worth a try to become healthier and leaner version of yourself xx

Fantastic experience: I am on week 4 of the 6 week challenge. My goal is to lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks, which in the beginning was very daunting since I have no way to track that at home! After my 3 week check in though, I am on track and confident continuing on. I am thoroughly enjoying the workouts, the staff have all been very friendly and encouraging but I do find that some give more technical advice and support than others. I am struggling with the nutrition side a bit if I honest. I can see why it works (basically just cutting out any rubbish and eating meat, veg and controlled carbs) but I find it difficult to make the meals tasty and enjoyable rather than settling for "it's ok, I'll just do this for 6 weeks". The only thing I'd note is that I never received a link for the closed Facebook group (I did ask after I started but it never came) so I'm not sure what the community is like on there. After all that, I would recommend the 6 week challenge if you are willing to put in the work! I'm just hoping I can keep it going for the next 2 weeks!

Positive experience: This programme offers more than just weight loss. Going into the 6 week plan I had an expectation to kick start my weight loss journey. So far I have not been able to reach those weight loss goals and not met my expectations of the plan. However I have taken away some positive things about the experience. The diet it's self is basic and easy to understand and follow especially if your organised. It's clean eating and therefore there's no processed food and as a result I have felt well in myself, it's not a realistic life long diet but it's designed for the short term. The exercise has been the surprising part for me, I enjoy each work out and feel like my fitness has improved in a short space of time. The trainer's have been great. They keep you motivated and challenged and are great supporters! Each class offers something different so you don't get bored of the same routines. Even though I'm not getting weight loss results I was expecting and hoping to achieve I can see others are.

Apart from regular workouts you get a diet plan to help you succeed - it seems tough but in reality very easy to follow. Fantastic experience: Joining lean4fitness holbury in july23 was a life changer!the metal knees have & are withstanding the boot camps!thank you to all you beaut pt instructors!you quickly suggest an alternative exercise when i cannot do the suggested;its never an issue!moving forward to jan24-im still going!commeradery with those who also committed to continue & those newbies who have joined;every session you are encouraged to your full potential,no judgement only cajoled to keep at it...you've 10 seconds,last push! i dream this! Fantastic experience: I joined lean 4 years ago. I am 55 years old. I have never exercised before. I absolutely love this place. It keeps me fit and mentally focused. All the trainers are lovely and each class is different. The members are all so welcoming and we are all there for the same reason. Don’t just think about it - do it !! You really won’t regret it. If I can do it and keep doing it - anyone can. You got this !!

Fantastic experience: Want to lose some weight to get a nice dress for my niece's wedding about two year's ago last October . The wedding was at the end of the year keep saying to myself must go and find a gym to go to then i this lean4 fitness in ringwood came up on my feed though about for abit . It was a 6 week challenge so i then decided to go was quite unsure about it first but thought i need to do. I when down 2 dress sizes for my nieces wedding and go twice a week now and enjoy it . The PT are great different exercises each time you go.

Fantastic experience: Hi, for anyone who is thinking about joining this group, I can honestly say, I believe it is the best thing you can do for yourself! My journey started to years ago, and since it’s joining, not only in my fitter and I ever have been , it has also given me my brain back This is not the kind of place that is full of Jim bunnies wearing the latest gear and looking like Twiggy. This is a place that is full of real people and the team that are coaching. You are truly dedicated. They do watch what you’re doing and how you’re doing it not to push you further than you can, but to make sure you’re doing the moves right I lost over 20 lbs on my challenge, and from there, I went onto to lose a total of 3 1/2 stone! I have a lap some weight back on due to injury, Christmas and a holiday but, I am now starting to build up again because with it I feel so much better in myself plus I’ve decided to challenge myself this year so will need to increase my entire regime going forward. Genuinely if you’re struggling and you’re worried about going to a gym that you would be feeling completely out of place I can promise once you get there and you see everybody that’s around you, you’ll quickly see that they are just like you! Fantastic experience: Lovely experience. The training help me to get fitter. Despite a chronic back condition I can manage most of the sessions. Staff is kind and understanding. Fantastic experience: They really know their stuff, and have developed an amazingly successful program that genuinely gets results. I followed their program to the and have never lost as much weight as quickly, whilst getting stronger and more agile. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to kickstart a fitness regime or to start making gains where their own training is no longer working

Fantastic experience: A completely different format from a “normal” gym with the structured HIIT sessions and fabulous coaches. The flexibility and easy online booking makes it simple to fit into my day. Really enjoyed my 5 weeks and I will go back to continue when I return from travelling.

Fantastic experience: Don’t hesitate! You will love it. I’ve never really been into exercise and always felt inadequate when I did venture into a gum but since joining Ringwood Lean 4 Fitness over a year ago I’m hooked.The staff are wonderful always supportive, very professional and really friendly. I’m 68 going to Tenerife next Monday without any trace of cellulite, and I haven’t been able to say that for the past 30 years! Winner!

Fantastic experience: This is such a great programme - challenging but achievable. I joined as I was recovering from kidney cancer and needed something to focus on and improve my general health and fitness. I can’t explain the positive impact it had on both my mind and body. The instructors are so good at getting you to believe in yourself and gently push you to be the best you can be. Totally recommend them!

Fantastic experience: If you want to change your life you have come to the right place. The studio isn't like most ordinary gyms. You get small group sessions. No posing, no mirrors just some well structured and varied PT sessions with lovely friendly people all working towards the same or similar goals. Lean 4 Fitness support the physical training with nutritional plans which can sounds a bit daunting but they really are the vital ingredient. Once you get in to the routine you start to see your energy levels go up and the pounds fall off! Since I have been at Lean I have made some astonishing progress and not only that it makes you feel great it's fun.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend “Lean 4 Fitness” highly enough! It’s not important how old (or young!) you are or what condition your are in! The PT instructors set the training circuits for all ages, shapes & sizes & make it fun to loose weight & get you back into shape. What you put in is what you get out!! Creating a good atmosphere & encouraging you to achieve the goals you set for yourself. I’m so happy I joined Lean 4 Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Actually, I was amazed! They told me I could lose a percentage of my body weight in just six weeks .. in just six weeks! It was worth a try, wasn’t it? They also said that I get my money back if I succeed - and that was more than enough motivation to take on the challenge! The diet, just for six weeks, was, in my opinion, boring. It has to be. It is strict, and you do have to be strong .. but it’s only six weeks! You also start the circuit training and although I walk the dog daily so was not completely unfit, this was hard! Have never tried anything like it before so I was both nervous & self conscious at the start. People began asking if I was enjoying it & the truthful answer was that ‘enjoyment’ was not a word I would have used! However, the personal trainers are all a really lovely bunch & always they help & encourage and praise and after a few sessions, yes, I did start to feel I was improving and maybe, perhaps even enjoying it .. or the results at least. I do certainly recommend the challenge & I have now signed on for another year - I am 77 years old (not the oldest either!) & love the compliments I get for my new shape, I never thought I would reach my target weight, just a distant dream since turning 40-ish, & I am now motivated and confident I can retain it for a few more years yet. Give it a try, just six short weeks to start with, & be inspired by all the people you meet, all very different shapes, ages, suzes and weights and who felt just like you do now. We all keep coming back for more so it can’t be all that bad!

Fantastic experience: I have joined the Christchurch Lean Fitness in October 2022. . The first 3 weeks were challenging but worth it. With the support of the great team,i can say that i never felt so great and rarely need to see my chiropractor for my back. I highly recommend. So why not to try. New year.New challenges. Fantastic experience: I was used to playing team sports but was long out of practice and I couldn’t get into going to a gym. I tried the 6 Week challenge and got really into it. I have carried that on for nearly a year and seen positive results early from establishing a routine and maintaining it. Great bunch of trainers who keep things challenging with no two sessions the same. Friendly atmosphere and great camaraderie!

Fantastic experience: I lost 7lb in the first week. It's hard but you feel good after each session. The more you do the easier it gets. I've signed up for a year. Never been to a gym before. This is different. Everyone in the same boat and no mirrors. LoL. The trainers are awesome and always have an alternative if you find the task too difficult. Honestly it's really good. You really should try it. Best decision I've made in many years.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made was joining Lean 4 fitness (Tone). The PT's are really helpful & supportive and the sessions are varied, you never know what you will be doing. I joined last February. I have lost 2 1/2 stone and a good amount of body fat. Toned up more than I imagined I could. I have managed to keep the weight off by eating sensibly during the week whilst exercising a few times a week and then at the weekends I generally eat & drink what I want....... But the hard work has to be done first, in my opinion Lean 4 Fitnes is the best out there.

Fantastic experience: Don’t miss out! The Lean Teams are the best motivators, supporters and trainers. I have been keeping fit with their support following cancer and other medical treatment. Without them my recovery journey would have been more of a challenge and my pre op fitness sincerely helped me stay emotionally and physically strong. Attending the gym offers a special time with new friends and good routine. The trainers keep us on track throughout the year with fun challenges alongside their excellent and unique HITT sessions. The Lean nutritional program gives you good food ideas as well as helping you to swap bad habits for healthier choices. Do the 6 week challenge and see your body fat fall and see yourself transform into a new, fitter and healthier you!!

Fantastic experience: The 6 week challenge can be challenging but never overwhelming. The best fitness programme I’ve done. Loads of support, easy and varied meal suggestions and the trainers are just great. The classes are small so it feels like one to one gym sessions. The other members are really friendly and supportive too. I can’t recommend Lean4Fitness highly enough and have joined for a year having completed the 6 week challenge.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lean 4 Fitness. This is not an ordinary gym, where you would come, do what needs to be done and that's it. You will always come here with a smile, hoping to meet your favourite trainer or a gym member. There will always be time for a moment of conversation or laughter. The support you will receive from PTs and other members is truly priceless. By joining Lean 4 Fitness and following their tips, you will quickly notice great results. You will be guided on how to train and what to eat. Simple rules. Nothing complicated. Note to ladies: your dress size will change (drop) extremely quickly. Are you ready for it?!

Fantastic experience: After doing the 6 week Challenge I decided to keep going I enjoyed the outcome so much. Following the meal plan initially was a challenge but everyone soon adopts. In the second part the menus are really nice with so much choice. Attending Lean4Fitness has changed my life. I feel happy, fit and healthy and I’ve dropped a dress size. I didn’t want to loose lots of weight but I needed to do something about my ‘middle’. It’s looking good now and I really enjoy the gym. Everyone is there to help you and they give so much help and encouragement. People who attend are from all walks of life. I’m in my 60’s and thoroughly enjoy it!
