Fantastic experience: I genuinely don't enjoy exercising but training with Karl has changed how l see fitness. He keeps sessions varied & interesting, & is so supportive all of the time. I've never trained so hard in my life, yet never dread going back! It's been life changing for me.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever! Love training here so much! Honestly, this is what a gym is meant to be. If you haven't tried training here you are missing out. This is the place to be.
