Fantastic experience: Victoria is brilliant! Not only is she a fantastic trainer but she is the most lovely person and super encouraging. She is totally focussed on getting you the results you want - from trying to be less of a middle aged sloth (in my case!) to full body reshaping. Her private gym is real hidden gem in Bishops Stortford - I actually look forward to going! 100% recommend her.

I’ve achieved amazing results with vic and I can’t wait to see what else we can do! I always felt self conscious in gyms, but vic has a private 1:1 gym which has massively helped my confidence.
