Fantastic experience: You - health and wellness centre is a great asset to Carnmoney. I live in North Belfast and travel to it multiple times per week. It offers exercise classes suitable for people of all ages and abilities. I suffer from chronic pain from fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and I am able to do most of the exercises. Clare is extremely friendly and understanding. I love going to the classes

Fantastic experience: You health and wellness is fantastic Clare's yoga is a special favourite of mine. I started with yoga last year before then I couldn't even jump. Now I go to Yoga, Zumba and spin classes and it's all thanks to Clare who keeps us all motivated.
