The Personal Space Gym

Fantastic experience: The PSG is a perfect place to workout for anyone who suffers with anxiety. I used to dread going to the gym, constantly worrying that people would be looking at me or thinking I was really unfit, so I was chuffed when this opened just down the road! You have a room all to yourself with all the equipment you could possibly want, plus a smart TV (which I connect to my phone to stream workout videos - or just blast music!). You can make as much noise as you like without disturbing anyone or feeling silly, and it's really helped to build my confidence. I haven't been able to get out much this year for health reasons, but I would definitely recommend giving PSG a try if you haven't already - can't wait to get back there in 2021!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic concept of having your own personal space to work out without being around the usual judgemental gym crowd. The owner is very welcoming and friendly and the gym space itself out the back is off a very high standard. Will be moving my gym sessions to here

Fantastic experience: Great place room was well equipped for what i needed so many rooms to choose from each room as differently equipped for your personal needs all full air conditioning and bathroom and lockers tv in each room it was very good indeed
