Training Grounds offers a range of equipment consisting of free Weights/Plate loaded machines, Cardio Vascular, Resistance Machines and a state of the art Boxing gym. No matter what your goals are, be it general fitness or body building, we have the equipment to assist you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Highly recommended, these guys have helped to improve my confidence, my form and technique and I have seen improvements with my lower back issues. The AMPED membership is a brilliant concept and would recommend this to anyone :)
