Aspire Gymnasium

Fantastic experience: I'm a 65 year old grandmother and am going to 3 classes a week with Michael and the team. I love the personal instruction in a small group setting. There are people of all ages and abilities training together. Michael is great at substituting exercises for me to allow for my dodgy knees!

Fantastic experience: The gym itself looks amazing inside. The group sessions are good fun, feels like 1:1 coaching as the coaches are always on hand to encourage you, ensure you are using the machine/equipment correctly and push you that little bit harder if they think you can get there. The sessions are actually quite addictive. Highly recommend to all fitness levels as the coaches meet you where you are at, fitness wise.
