Fantastic experience: Joined as part of the 6 week LFG programme and had fab results. Over a stone loss and dropped a dress size. My fitness levels have improved so much as well. George and Lewis are fab trainers and the sessions always provide lots of variety. It has been such a brilliant experience I am staying on to keep up my weight loss and fitness goals. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of starting on their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of The Lift Lounge since its opening and can safely say it’s been a brilliant decision. The gym is brilliant, classes challenging and enjoyable and have led to my fitness being at an all time high at the ripe age of 40!! Lewis and George are great at delivering the classes, giving advice and encouraging every member to fulfil their potential….add to this the amazing supportive community they have created it’s an amazing place to come and train and achieve your goals with a smile on your face whilst doing it, even for the burpees LFG

Such a lovely atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming. Trainers George and Lewis are great at what they do and have created a brilliant programme and welcoming gym.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility with top equipment and the BEST atmosphere. Lewis and George are the most encouraging and supportive coaches. No place like it for welcoming new people and making them feel comfortable in an environment they may not feel confident in. I’ve been a member for almost a year now and have 0 regrets. Fantastic experience: Joined at the start of 2024 with a goal of getting into the Hyrox space. Started on the 6 week challenge in which the guys provided incredible support both in the training & nutritional aspects. The classes are a great combination between challenging & fun, no two workouts are ever the same which keeps motivation high, especially paired with the encouragement from George & Lewis. Cannot recommend the lift lounge enough as an incredible workout space and community!

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this gym. Varying class types from strength specific to more Hyrox related, all at times to suit you. Owners, Lewis and George have done an unreal job, creating a fantastic gym with a great community feel!

Fantastic experience: Great equipment and a clean and well maintained space. Been many times for the open gym to train by myself and the gym has been up to great standards. Everyone cleans up after themselves and the owners are super lovely and communicative. Will always recommend

Fantastic experience: Great space and equipment. The gym has everything you need in it without feeling daunting. On top of that George and Lewis make you feel welcome and comfortable from the get go, so overall has a really fab atmosphere.
