Fantastic experience: I have been training with Roberto for 6months and in that time have realised that the training aspect is just a small part of reaching your goals. With Roberto I have learnt that personal training isn't just in the gym but also what we put into our bodies and managing stress. I have managed to lose a stone in weight, significantly reducing my bodyfat and increasing lean muscle tissue. I now realise that it is possible to reach my desired goals and that it takes a little time and commitment but alongside Roberto makes the process more enjoyable.
