Fantastic experience: Training here is the highlight of my day. There is all the equipment that one needs to get stronger. The gym is unpretentious and non-judgemental. Everyone is very friendly. I get to warm up and 'rest' between my sets by playing with the owner's dog. The music is also great with lots of classic rock and heavy metal playing, and I frequently rush off to get my phone to Shazam a new song. Overall, its a great gym and I look forward to training here for many years.

Fantastic experience: Really great set up. Everyone is really friendly and approachable. Loads of good Strongman and Powerlifting kit that's not all shoved in the corner! Prices are also really reasonable as well. If you train Powerlifting or Strongman, you can't go wrong!
