3d Health & Fitness

Our 3d Health & Fitness facility has the latest Technogym cardiovascular exercise machines including cross trainers, treadmills, rowing machines and spinning bikes; members have access to weights, functional training rig and strengthening equipment such as leg press and chest press machines. There are also changing facilities and lockers.

The 3d Health & Fitness team is on site to help you achieve your goals from 6am – 7pm Monday to Friday. The gym is available for you to use outside of these supervised hours to accommodate all shift patterns.

Once you have completed your induction you will have full access to the gym facilities. We are providing you with a comprehensive range of classes from Boxing Conditioning (boxfit style class) to Legs Bums & Tums. Classes have been programmed to work around the varying shift patterns and take place in our studio space on the first floor.
