Fantastic experience: I joined the gym this week and couldn’t of had a better first experience. I’ve trained at a number of gyms in the past and this has been one of the most welcoming gyms I’ve been to. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Perfect for anyone no matter your fittness level or experience. Lousie and the other trainers push you to do your best whilst also taking into account your ability and limitations. Really looking forward to my next class.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pro Fitness since last April and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I have tried so many gyms/fitness regimes over the years and nothing has stuck as well as their classes have. It is so much more than a gym, it’s also a community and everyone is really friendly and looks out for each other. They cater for all types of fitness levels and have a perfect balance between pushing you hard on your fitness goals and also having fun! I was super nervous for my first class but haven’t looked back since! Thank you Louise and Michael!!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter Sophie is really enjoying and benefiting from her boxing classes at Infusion. She loves the combination of strength training and cardio it’s a winning formula for keeping her engaged and motivated to continue with her fitness journey. It's also fantastic to see that she's gaining confidence as a result of her training. It's clear that the trainers (Michael lou and josh) at Infusion are doing an excellent job in providing a supportive and challenging environment for Sophie. Their expertise in boxing and strength training is likely contributing to her progress and improvements in her fitness. Keep up the great work in supporting and motivating all the kids and helping them in their fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to train with great people! Michael and Louise at pro fitness were a massive help for me last year the gym is friendly well equipped and between them both they have a wealth of fitness and well being knowledge. I started there last year inbetween the first and second lockdowns my fitness level and strength level increased in a matter of weeks I was feeling great then the second lock down came and the gym had to close but they kept me going with zoom sessions and lots of advice that got me through the lockdown and kept me focused. I would reccomend this great gym to absolutely anyone regardless of fitness levels or experience. They really are brilliant thank you Michael and Louise.
