Fantastic experience: I used to train with Les and Jay before COVID and loved the experience. I'm eager to start up again this year because I experienced significant growth in my boxing skills, stamina, and overall strength! The atmosphere is fantastic, the motivation is high, and the coaching is excellent. I would 100% recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Over the summer I was staying in the area and with a white collar fight coming up end of November I wanted a gym I could train in and a boxing coach to support. I trained with Jay for 6 sessions. He pushed me really hard working on fitness, pad work, defence and found a local lad to spar me. It was like being thrown into the deep end but that week in Bournemouth was a stark realisation of what I needed to do over the next 12 weeks and I’m forever grateful that Jay and Arena Boxing where part of my first white collar journey

Fantastic experience: Great gym! When I first came I had never boxed in my life and didn’t have a clue, however the coaches work hard to create a really friendly and hard working atmosphere, which made it much easier to pick up the sport. Would recommend to anyone who is keen to get into boxing or already is established in the sport.

Fantastic experience: Great club! I’ve been at arena boxing at beginners level for about a month now and I’m already feeling a lot of improvement in not only boxing but also my day to day habits. Fantastic experience: This is a great boxing club with an amazing coach. I started as a complete beginner here a few months ago, and Les’ encouraging and clear coaching methods have caused me to become passionate about boxing and fitness and constantly wanting to improve.

Fantastic experience: I am the secretary for Dorset amateur boxing. Which basically means I over see all clubs and tournaments in Dorset. I would recommend this club to anyone, the coaches are brilliant they not only run their tournaments to satisfaction they go above and beyond, always making it a great night of boxing. Their boxers are not only trained well in boxing but also in the art of sportsmanship and this shows every time an Arena boxer gets in the ring. Well done to all.
