Fantastic experience: As a long term member of the gym I can safely say in2 provides the cleanest, most friendly, high quality gym experience not just in the local area but probably the best I’ve experienced around the country. As a gym goer that loves to try new places I always resort back to my consistent training at in2 the staff are friendly and the members love to help new people. It’s an intimidation free environment. Great community.

Fantastic experience: Been a member here for a couple of years now. I’m really happy to be a member here because it isn’t just a gym - it’s a really nice community. Everyone is really friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgable. As an independently run gym you can certainly feel a higher standard of service level and support. The team are always on hand to help with anything I need! Even lending their own straps and chalk when I forget mine! Thanks everyone at in2shape. You all deserve 5 stars!!! (Cleanest gym toilets I’ve ever come across!!)

Fantastic experience: Been at this gym for over a year now, amazing place, Brilliant equipment, extremely friendly staff and always clean and tidy! This is the only gym I have been to as the thought of a commercial gym scared me but everyone is there to help you through your journey whatever that maybe be. Lewis is an excellent PT who puts you through your paces and knows what’s best for your development.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at In2Shape since it opened and I will remain a member as long as it is there to train in. The gym has everything you need for beginner, intermediate and advanced lifters. I have always felt valued as a member and I love that the gym is independently owned. You can see the time and dedication Lewis and his team put into the gym, they have all helped create a community amongst the gym members which speaks volumes to the character of those who coach and train there.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, it is my 2nd favourite place to be (steakhouse in Vegas being number 1). I have been using the gym now for nearly 2 years after trying a more "commercialised" gym following Covid. I have found the equipment to be top notch and the owners listen to feedback (cannot wait for the assisted dip machine to be unpacked). All the staff are uber friendly and are always there to offer advice and tips. My wife often moans I spend to long at the gym it's usually because I have got talking to one of the team about diet or improvements I can make. I also highly recommend using a PT for guidance if your new even if it's just once a month to tweak your program, but check which PT as they all have their own skills and expertise weather your just looking to get fit or if you want expert help on growing that "booty" or want to be the next "Eddie Hall" and do strong man. Awesome place really welcoming thanks Lewis and Kev.

Fantastic experience: I’m loving training at In 2 Shape. It’s a great gym with a dedicated cardio area as well as a free weights & machine area. Great selection of equipment all kept really clean & working well. Everyone has been friendly & all the staff are welcoming & helpful. I train here with my Fitness Coach & am also very happy training on my own. Have been made to feel very at home

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of many gyms over the years but these guys have got it just right, great equipment, spotlessly clean, helpful staff but just as important there's a great friendly atmosphere and sense of community, all just trying our best to get fit, strong and/or healthy.

Fantastic experience: Independent and local new gym, founded and managed by an experienced qualified personal trainer. Excellent range of high quality equipment and a massive array of dumbbells up to 70kg! Equipment is well spaced out and gives a good amount of space between machines. Refreshing clean and modern setting, with private bathrooms. Free parking on site. Drinks vending machine on site. Sunbed now available.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Kidderminster, great equipment. Majorly focused on the members experience, not like the chain gyms which are rammed full of people. Very comfortable atmosphere. Ran by an experienced PT, definitely recommend joining!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym..by far the best equipment in the area. All brand new and clean. 70kg dbs.. belt squat.. cardio floor with sled track. Sunbeds and showers with top lads running it. Never too busy.. Never waiting on kit...
