Fantastic experience: I've never done any gym work in my life before so after 4 months of doing my personal fitness plan set up by Andrew and the variety of classes with the different personal trainers I feel amazing, I've got my core strength back It's a great gym, the staff are lovely and friendly,such a chilled environment very clean too. I can remember Keely saying "you won't regret it" I'm so pleased I joined.A big thank you to all the amazing staff thank you Nic Spotwood

So grateful, They helped me recover from surgery & get back to full fitness-the gym is clean and full of the best equipment…. Highly Recommend… You will see results!

Fantastic experience: So lucky to have TGS on our doorstep. I attend the Fit Momma, Bring Baby classes and absolutely love them! Keeley always brings heaps of energy and fun to the classes, and has so much knowledge, which especially helps with any adaptations needed for certain exercises.

Fantastic experience: After leaving a busy gym that I loved due to travel issues ,I joined TGS & never looked back .It’s almost like having your own personal gym !.The gym is spotless &almost like home ,no waiting for machines or feeling intimidated .I absolutely love it !.Although un manned most of the time ,staff are always on hand via message ,app or mail .It’s fabulous ❤️
