Fantastic experience: Had treatment with Conan for a torn calf muscle after running. He was very knowledgeable and had me doing strength exercises to repair it. After 4/5 treatments he has me back running again. Thanks again, Conan.

Fantastic experience: I booked an ultrasound guided injection with Martin. He diagnosed the issue prior to the ultrasound being done, something that my GP was not able to do. The ultrasound confirmed what he said and I was treated accordingly. The results have been so successful and I would highly recommend Elite physio. Has been a fantastic experience from the first phone call to book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: This is a top class facility and fantastic staff. I've suffered hip pain for around 6 years that it got to the point I could barely walk. I've tried chiropractors, massages, doctors, acupuncture, holistic therapy, hot/cold therapy and yoga. I've wasted hundreds if not thousands of pounds to no avail, I have never had more than 2 days pain relief. I have had one session here and I'm almost pain free and have had relief for more than a week and most of all a bit of hope I'm in the right direction. Highly recommend these people for rehabilitation 100%

Fantastic experience: Elite physiotherapy have gotten me through various injuries over a long rugby career. Martin and Julie identified issues that GPs and the NHS failed to diagnose and these issues were always resolved quickly with their expert treatment and rehab programs. I would highly recommend them for any kind of physical issues.

Fantastic experience: I came to Elite after experiencing acute back pain in the third trimester of my pregnancy, Siofra is an excellent therapist and she was very kind and approachable. She's young but very knowledgeable and I trusted her expertise and judgment from the outset. There is no "hard sell" with her- which I have experienced with other professionals in the field-she is totally focused on the wellbeing of her client, and after just two appointments with her, I experienced major improvement. I'm really looking forward to returning to Siofra for post natal care. I couldn't recommend her enough and the reception staff at Elite were also so friendly and welcoming making it a great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I attended Elite Physio Clinic today for the first time, with a lower back problem, my Physio Conan was lovely and explained everything to me has he went along, I loved that he could interact with me and I could have a bit of a laugh which helped a little with the pain, I do have more follow up sessions but have no doubt when I’m finished with these I won’t have any more back pain. I couldn’t recommend Conan enough, If anyone out there need a physio I would highly recommend Elite.

Fantastic experience: I was recently treated by a very friendly and professional physiotherapist called Tom He helped me a lot by diagnosing my condition and explaining very clearly the expected prognosis which he said would not be “cured” but could be managed. He gave me a series of exercises to do which are helping. I would certainly recommend Elite Physiotherapy for anyone who needs son treatment.

Both girls are were knowledgeable & so kind especially when I was finding some recovery exercises difficult they always suggested alternatives & were very encouraging. I would highly recommend & have now booked in for the Pilates class so delighted that I’ve come this far

Fantastic experience: Felt there was no hope for my hip and resigned to long term mobility issues. Conan identified the issue right away and provided exercises to alleviate pain but weren’t onerous or difficult. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Just a quick review of Elite Physio. Top notch service. I had a pinched nerve which was causing extreme pain and having a real impact on my day to day life. Tom had a look and recommended a suitable course of action. Followed his advice and it was effective in reducing the pain level and allowed me to get on with things. Still got one visit to go and Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: An excellent clinic. Naoishea was my physiotherapist and presented a caring, understanding and patient nature. The treatment was brilliant, especially as she explained and demonstrated each exercise as we went along. She made sure each level of movement was suitable for my joint recovery and adapted where necessary. I have my surgery in late January but am already looking forward to being treated by Naoishea and making my way back to full movement.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Elite Physio for my postpartum recovery with Siofra. With having 3 babies in 3 and a half years and each labour worse that the previous one, I really needed to get myself the help I needed to sort my back problems out along with my tummy spilt. The difference in just a few weeks has been amazing. I’m even back playing camogie fully 4 months PP now (not to Siofra delight I went back to camogie after 4 weeks PP, and in Siofras words “I’m not cross in just disappointed”lol) But without Siofras help I wouldn’t be back to the level of fitness I have now and thankfully my tummy muscle split has decreased and back pain isn’t flaring up. I have a few more sessions to go with Siofra but hopefully by then I will be back to myself again. Couldn’t recommend Siofra & Elite Physio enough

Fantastic experience: Elite Physiotherapy are a very professional and friendly organisation who really value each and every individual. Myself and my son are both patients of James with knee issues and have received top class care from initial consultations to the organising of MRI scans, appointments with orthopaedic surgeons and follow up care. James made sure the personalised rehab exercises given were understood and also send them through as videos. Their specific rehab classes for ACL/PCL are excellent as they push you a little further than you would, doing the exercises at home, plus you are amongst others who are in a similar situation. They also test after each group of sessions making sure you are fit to progress to the next stage of your rehab journey. Would definitely recommend to others; their communication is excellent and they offer a 1st class service.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Elite in desperation having suffered from severe headaches for 10 days and straight away Jacinta gave me a cancellation for that same day with James. James was friendly and put me at ease straight away whilst doing a through history of my issue. After a few observations he began work straight away on the area that may have been contributing to the headachs or that the headachs had caused to become very tight and tense. I was sore the next day but James had warned me I would be tender. He also sent me home with some exercises to complete in the following days and followed these up with video's to remind me how to do them correctly. I just had my second appointment and straight away James was able to assess the area that needed attention and has given me a bit of relief. I would highly recommend contacting Elite for any concerns you may have.

Fantastic experience: I am a podiatrist and a mummy of 2. I’ve had ongoing issues with my foot and hip for years. I have attended physios before, both NHS and in private clinics, my aches and pains would settle for a short period of time, and then come back worse than ever, making work and family life very difficult. I had my first appointment with Síofra in April. Síofra made sure I understood what was causing my pain, talked me through the things I needed to do to help with it and sent through videos of exercises, so I could make sure I was doing the exercises right! I am currently pain free and haven’t had a flare up in about 2 months. I have since recommended Síofra and Elite physiotherapy to my own clinic patients, and my husband is now a patient there too!

Fantastic experience: From first contact with Elite physiotherapy I was made to feel as if my pain mattered ! From Jacinta who first took my call appreciated how sore I was and empathised with me getting me an appointment within a few days . My appointment with James was excellent where he made me feel very relaxed due to his friendly manner. He immediately knew which area was damaged and set about manipulating the shoulder giving some immediate relief . He gave me a few exercises to do but did not overburden me as he could tell I was in too much pain. On my second visit when I was in less pain he again was able to carry out more vigorous stretches palpating the affected muscles and immediately allowing much better rotation of shoulder and neck. I was so impressed and extremely happy with the success in just two appointments to date ! Thank you so much James ! He also sent exercises to do at home in form of video which is easy to follow . Excellent service and definitely would recommend ! for skills and manner!

Fantastic experience: The treatment I received from Siofra was absolutely fantastic. I never would have recovered from my knee replacement surgery if it wasn't for Siofra & Elite Physiotherapy. When I was discharged I was pure raging haha! And I said what am I going to do for a bit of craic now?!! So I'm going back for a sports massage in a month or so!! From reception staff to the physiotherapists, I always had a pleasant visit. They have a really good gym too. I would 100% without hesitation recommend Elite Physiotherapy to anyone.
