Fantastic experience: I was a bit anxious to sign up to a gym as it’s been a long while since I’ve been. After completing a contact form online, I was greeted with a heart warming response full of kindness and reassurance, I was invited along to the gym for a taster session. At the taster session, I was put at ease immediately by Kirsty, she was kind, welcoming and everything I needed during those first moments of unease in a new environment. Kirsty took me through the circuit and encouraged me the whole way, she seemed interested in me as a person and I enjoyed the work out. I signed up straight away feeling comfortable and excited to kick start this journey. On my first official day, I was greeted by Becky, she new my name and was expecting me, this really made a difference to how I was feeling especially as the nerves were still lingering. Becky, like Kirsty, was encouraging, friendly and warm and we got to work on the equipment. The equipment is in good condition and is very simple to use, I was told which machines work each muscle and was supported well to get the right technique. Some other ladies came by and they were all so friendly and i knew I had made a good choice.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym to meet new people, get involved in social events, as well as a fab place to get fit and feel good. The staff are well trained, very welcoming and provide help and support to ladies of all levels of fitness. The workouts are always different, meaning you never get bored and your body is always challenged.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for about 6 or 7 years. The atmosphere is lovely, very welcoming. More importantly when I started I had a problem with my bone density, for which I took medication. After a few years and after a few more dexa scans my bone density had improved so much I could come off the medication. Come and join us ladies you wont regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Chepstow! My favourite place to be, so many amazing ladies & such a friendly positive atmosphere, none of the awkwardness that I found I got at any other gym in Chepstow, Always have such an amazing time and a brilliant workout! I have been coming here for a year now with my nan and we are both able to keep at different paces that work for us with tailored workouts from the fabulous coaches! Would 100% recommend to anyone who fancies a workout & a good time!

Fantastic experience: Really great place to get fitter...staff are very welcoming and supportive. No mirrors and no competitve fab bodies clad in designer lycra...thank god. Just a really sensible and accessible gym. I feel fitter mentally as well as physically going 3 times a week. My sweat drips with pride and the glow of getting out there and doing something positive that fits into my busy life...brilliant!
