Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for over a year now and my only wish is that I was a member sooner. Adrian as the owner made me feel at home from day one - a straight talking and knowledgeable guy for those who are serious about training. If you want a gym that is truly 24/7/365 and is made for those who want to work out, you’ve got to sign up.

Fantastic experience: We come to the gym as we were away on holiday in the area. From ringing up to getting there and helping us out the female owner was very helpful, professional and friendly and couldn't have done any more.. Very well equipped gym definitely be returning whilst on holiday. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Adrian and Tom, the owners, bring outstanding knowledge and encouragement to every member. Along with great staff the equipment is second to none and there plenty of weight for everyone's lifting ability. There is an in-house supplement centre, again with a fantastic range of products. Being 24hrs it suits pretty much anyone's life style. Day passes are avalible, so would 100% check this facility out. I would definitely highly recommend.
