Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Small classes along with knowledgable trainers, who are always there to help. Barbell classes are brilliant with programmes changing regularly so I always feel challenged and never get bored. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a friendly, well-equipped gym with a fantastic team. I've never stuck at any form of exercise for long (and certainly not the gym!), but that all changed when I discovered TUF. The PT's are all brilliant, super friendly and knowledgeable, who don't make you feel intimidated, listen to what you want to achieve and make sure you get the results.
