Fantastic experience: As I make my way towards my 50th birthday I was feeling like I needed a change. I needed a goal, I needed to feel better about myself physically and mentally and I needed motivation - I needed motivation badly! At the same time I saw an advert for Bodywise gym in Warnham and thought ”why not”. I’ve never been a gym person, I love the idea, but I’ve found them to be very lonely places (even when they are busy), but this was a 12 week programme and I figured that I could push through 12 weeks of monotony to hit a target. From the initial induction with Anthony it was clear that this was not going to be like every other gym experience, I could feel that I was going to enjoy it far more than I’d anticipated. Measurements were taken, goals were set and the clock started to tick. I mainly take classes; including small group personal training, group coaching, Pilates and yoga. But have also used the weights and I take on board dietary advice as best I can. The difference Bodywise has made to me is amazing! 7 weeks in and I feel like a changed man. I feel younger and more alive, niggling aches and strains have gone (or are on their way out), and my body is much stronger already. Before starting at Bodywise I worried the ‘get up and go’ had got up and gone without telling me, but I’m pleased to announce that it’s back, and it brought company. But what is so different and why has this gym worked, where countless others failed? I’ll tell you, it’s the atmosphere and friendliness of everyone who you meet while there. Staff are super friendly and get to know you quickly. They are professionals and really help you achieve your potential in the classes, as well as offering expert advice you can take home too. The members are friendly too. We sweat, laugh and get results together, and it feels very genuine. I should also mention the equipment and facilities are excellent too; you can actually get into classes (booking through the app). If you go on a waiting list, it’s proactively managed, so you’ve a really good chance of getting in! accessories for classes are provided and the showers are good and strong. If you’ve struggled to commit to a gym give Bodywise a try; it’s a fitness gym, but not as we know it.

Fantastic experience: Being very self conscious I’ve always felt intimidated by gyms, but Bodywise is so different, straight away I felt welcome, I was put at my ease whilst all the fitness coaches have gently encouraged me to get the best out of every session. I have enjoyed the various classes and most importantly feel healthier in a very short space of time.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that Bodywise Boutique Wellness is the most supportive and encouraging place to go if you want to look after your health and up your fitness levels. The team there are all highly qualified in their fields and always on hand to give advice and motivation. The range of classes is fantastic and suits all abilities. I've found myself empowered to do things I never thought possible for a 65 year old!! There is nothing intimidating about this gym, it's like you're just meeting up with your mates for a laugh and some exercise. I've been coming here for over a year and I feel so much better for it.

Fantastic experience: Bodywise is a small boutique gym in Warnham. I started going nearly 18 months ago after it was recommended by a friend. There is a lovely atmosphere, everyone is very friendly. The staff know everyone by name & I always get a warm welcome. The instructors are very knowledgeable & are happy to give advice when asked. They always enquire if anyone has any injuries & offer adaptations during the class. The gym is well equipped & has everything you need. If you are looking for a gym, I would highly recommend Bodywise.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Bodywise Gym as an overweight and unfit 60-something who just walked round the golf course at weekends. What I found was a little friendly local gym with a BIG GYM mentality. It has a great range of equipment; classes to suit everyone; and trainers with routines to challenge all ages. Whatever your goal, their friendly staff will help you achieve it. A year on, I’m a fit 60-something with a strong and healthy heart and body.

Fantastic experience: This is a small boutique gym - no people posing around in full make up or bulging muscles - just folk like you wanting to get or stay fit. Friendly staff and a range of complimentary services - Melissa the Reflexologist is very good. Various classes to do - even a pole dancing class. The owner is always looking for extra things to bring to the members. I would highly recommend this gym.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member for two years now.. it’s by far the most friendliest gym I’ve been a member of.. always a nice welcome and advice on hand if you need it.. great free weight selection and hot clean showers.. 10/10..

Fantastic experience: I joined at the beginning of January this year. I had the introduction meeting and felt very comfortable talking with Liz. But I am the world’s worst for plucking up the courage to take the first step to walk in the gym/class on my own! But why on earth did I feel like that here - everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, staff and other members alike. Each class and pt session I have had I have been made to feel very welcome and comfortable in being there. So friendly. I now attend at least 5 different sessions/classes a week! Fantastic experience: If you have tried many gyms over the years - just like I have! I can honestly say - Do not look any further! I never looked forward to going to the gym, I love it now! The classes are fantastic and so many to chose from. Every member of the team will ask you if you have any ailments and will adjust the exercises accordingly. As soon as you walk in the door, they know your name and always greet you. If you want the friendliest team of professionals to help you, guide you, encourage you and work with you then you should consider Bodywise in Warnham. There are lots of classes to choose, the gym has everything you need and the staff are very friendly and know your name. I have been a member of other gyms and have never stayed but Bodywise is different the staff and members all make the experience enjoyable

Fantastic experience: Bodywise gym and wellness has been my choice for over 8 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The location, environment and staff are perfect and makes me feel so comfortable at every visit. It’s clean and has everything you need from gym equipment to classes. The staff are so approachable and always make the time to help. I love their ClubRight app that helps you see how busy it may be and opening/closing times! It’s a great tool.

Fantastic experience: If you find larger gyms and environments intimidating then Bodywise Boutique is the perfect place for you. It had been many years since I’d been a gym member and I was very nervous to start again. The minute I walked through the door I was made to feel very welcome and reassured by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love the smaller class sizes and particularly like the small group PT sessions available and Yoga Therapy. A great variety of classes on offer here. I already feel after being a member for a month now that my confidence has grown. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Bodywise is such a friendly boutique gym where you’re not just a number, the staff all know your name and welcome you each visit. There’s lots of classes to choose from to suit all abilities and working out can in fact be quite fun with a nice atmosphere. Your questions are always taken into consideration and staff members will always help you at any stage of your personal progress .

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have recently been travelling overseas for almost 4 months. Within days of returning to the UK we rejoined Bodywise as we both know that sampling food and drink during our trip has taken its toll. As we walked through the door it was like coming home all over again: all the friendly staff we have got to know in recent years literally welcomed us with open arms. We went through a thorough induction to pinpoint our fitness goals and were told that “we are family here”. This is the attitude that makes Bodywise such a great place to improve our fitness. Fantastic experience: Bodywise is the best gym to get fit and to get mentally stable. They are a group of positive, upbeat, motivated social people. They help in every aspect of your wellbeing from losing weight to getting your hair and nails done after a sauna and massage. It is PERSONAL, despite hundreds of members. YOU are welcome, anytime, 6.30 to 9.30...Monday to Sunday. Find the time and JUST GO, turn up and have fun, everyday. It's so amazing.

The team are polite, professional and knowledgeable, the facilities are always spotless and there is a friendly atmosphere. There are all sorts of classes available at times to suit everyone. Whether you're there for the gym, the sauna, yoga, pilates, results club, and many more classes. Even other third party services such as a hair dresser, facials, massage etc. They really are a one stop shop! Aida and the team have always made me feel welcome and taken care of me ever since I became a member. They really do help you throughout your whole fitness journey. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: A Gem of a Gym! The facilities, range of classes, and atmosphere at BodyWise Warnham is motivating in itself! A wonderfully friendly atmosphere - from other gym members and all staff. Bodywise caters for a wide range of standards and approaches, with magnificent support provided by knowledgeable, experienced staff who take the time to help identify your goals, and then ensure you have the support needed to reach them. Highly recommended :-)

Fantastic experience: I joined Bodywise in April 2022 at the age of 53, having not been a member of a gym for well over 25 years. When I was younger I joined various local gyms, but never stuck with it as I never felt comfortable going there for a number of reasons, mainly due feeling intimidated by experienced, regular gym goers, but I also never found any of them friendly or particularly welcoming. They just seemed like first & foremost businesses. You turn up, pay your money, do your workout & go home with very little interaction with staff or other gym users. So, when I decided it was time to start looking after myself & getting back in shape, I done a lot of research into the gyms local to me & was pleasantly surprised by what I heard about Bodywise, so I decided to come down to meet them & to have a look around the gym & cardio suite. The first thing that struck me when I walked in through the door, was the lovely, warm & friendly welcome I received from Aida the gym’s proprietor & one of the other instructors. I immediately felt at ease & knew this was going to be the place for me. After a tour of the gym & all facilities, I signed up & have not looked back since. The staff are all friendly, cheerful & really helpful if ever I need advice or pointers. They are also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to other stuff, such as nutrition & diet. They also show a great interest in non-gym related stuff like your work & holidays etc. I have also made a great number of friends among other gym users. It is just a lovely place to work out & is superbly equipped for all your fitness needs. Bodywise also offer a huge range of yoga, pilates & many other classes as well as a sauna room & many other treatments. I love this place…it is my second home! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Yogida at Bodywise is a fabulous place. I've been practising yoga for a few years, having tried a few of the local establishments. But by far the best is Bodywise. The staff are all really fun and friendly, and very knowledgeable in their disciplines. They cover a huge range of wellness areas to suit all ages and experience. The building has a wonderful vibe. So if you're into health and wellness, I would highly recommend you give Bodywise a visit. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: We visited Bodywise to have an infrared sauna session and we had a lovely time. It's very welcoming place, very cosy, with friendly staff. The sauna room is private, warm and comfortable. There are refreshments available and relaxing music is played in the background. We were told it's possible to connect one’s phone to the sauna itself and listen to your own music/audiobook/podcast, which I think it's very helpful as it helps the time go by and helps to focus on something else than the heat. The heat itself isn't too bad (55C), which is lower than the traditional saunas. I also like the privacy of it - no one else is going to use the sauna and the room apart from you. There are many benefits of using infrared saunas and they are especially useful if you have chronic pain, e.g. due to fibromyalgia or an autoimmune condition. Definitely will use again.

Fantastic experience: Very small, friendly gym with everything you need. Reasonable membership price with lots of free parking nearby. Everyone I've met who works there is absolutely lovely and I've felt confident to ask them for help or advice on many occasions now.

Positive experience: As a non-gym person, this is the ideal place for me. Members are of mixed ages and fitness levels, so I don’t feel out of my comfort zone. The staff at Bodywise are friendly, helpful and inclusive.

Positive experience: If you want to avoid what I would call the anonymity of the big corporate gym chains and go somewhere friendly, clean and where what you wear really doesn’t matter (within reason!), then this is the gym for you. Unpretentious, well equipped and with a friendly team….what’s not to like

Fantastic experience: This is just such a great gym. It’s friendly, the staff are really nice and helpful. It's well equipped, clean and well run. The small classes and workouts make it feel like having a personal trainer. This all makes a difference when I am tempted to miss a session. I’m a middle aged man and lost fitness over the pandemic. It feels so good to be fitter and more flexible. Aida and her team are the best and a world away from the impersonal corporate gyms I’ve used in the past with unmotivated staff. It has something for everyone and the prices are good value. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Really nice friendly fitness centre, with lovely staff. It is very clean and welcoming and I enjoy a weekly Nia class there - I'm always greeted with a smile and the atmosphere is very inclusive. The online booking system is efficient and staff very responsive by email if there is an issue. Only drawback for drivers is that there is no parking onsite due to the location, though there is a nearby village car park and some limited on-street parking. I would recommend Bodywise as a great alternative to the bigger, more characterless gyms as they make everyone feel comfortable there.

Fantastic experience: An absolute gem! I found this place through a voucher. I used the Infrared Sauna, what a lovely experience. The gym and studios are so much larger than you would imagine and beautifully equipped. The sauna was secluded and very professionally laid out. A wonderful immune treatment for the winter months. I will book again.

Fantastic experience: I love it at BodyWise! The team is so friendly and relaxed. It's easy to book onto classes and they are flexible if you're unwell. The fitness studio has a lovely floor, is mirrored with a fab sound system and air con. I'm quite new to it so haven't had a chance yet to use the infrared sauna but looking forward to it! There's a good selection of well-being classes and gym sessions. SO much more user friendly than some of the big leisure centres. I also teach there and have been made to feel so welcome by the owner and by the lovely students:) Join or try some classes - you won't look back!

Its all about the really friendly staff who care about each client and want to make sure that you get the most from your membership. Wide variety of classes that are included as part of your membership. Good range of equipment, well looked after and of a decent quality. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I mostly visit Bodywise to make use of the gym but have also enjoyed the other facilities as well. The gym is clean and tidy and although small, well equipped with plenty of options for putting together a decent workout. There is an app to use for booking which is great as you can schedule your visit when there are minimal people there if you like it quieter. I have been a member for over two years and never once visited and felt it was busy or over crowded. Bodywise also has a wide range of classes which are very good. I have attended a few different sessions and found them all very enjoyable with great instructors. The infrared sauna is also highly recommended if you just want a nice environment to relax in. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgable. The overall atmosphere is inclusive and welcoming. I would happily recommend to anyone interested in improving their health and wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled across Bodywise when searching for yoga venues near me. I went to my first class yesterday and loved it! Such a lovely venue, welcoming staff, all body types and ages welcome. There’s a gym, sauna and more. Classes are reasonably priced and they have lots of different packages to suit your needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 2 years and would recommend it to anyone. This is not the same as other gyms I have been a member of, it truly has a feeling of being among family and friends. All of the staff are supportive, encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable. They manage to strike the perfect balance in helping to progress and improve your fitness in an environment which feels comfortable and not beyond your capabilities. The facilities are all there and lots of classes to choose from - there is something for everyone. Thanks to their support, encouragement and hard work I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years!

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased to find a Pilates class suitable for older people and someone like me who is new to Pilates. Aida is an excellent teacher and sensitive to individual needs. The venue is friendly and comfortable and the fees reasonable. I cannot recommend Bodywise Boutique highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Firstly I would like to say that there are many gyms in the Horsham area now, but Bodywise Boutique Gym is not only a fantastic Gym, the director and staff are second to none, they are very attentive and willing to help you at your own pace to achieve your goals, this Gym also has an amazing friendly atmosphere, this alone sets this Gym on a different level, if you are looking to find a Gym that has so many attributes, then look no further, I have been attending here for quite a few years and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had.always found it a chore to get to a gym....... but not anymore!!!! The Bodywise team are the friendliest people you could wish to meet - always there to help and advise if needed. I love the atmosphere in the Yogida studio- so much so I seem to spend more time there than my own home!! So glad I moved to Warnham I have this wonderful place as one of my neighbours. Fantastic experience: Body Wise Boutique Gym and Studios in Warnham is a lovely place and has so much more than just a gym to offer. There are yoga, dance and pilates classes and also hair and beauty upstairs as well as massage therapies, including reflexology. The staff are helpful and friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere. Much better than a large impersonal gym, I love it !

Fantastic experience: BodyWise is a super friendly place to visit. The staff have a passion beyond exercise and gaining muscle. They have a holistic approach to not just fitness but health and well-being. No matter what your capability is, you will be able to participate in anything from a gentle toga class to a personal training session with one of the experienced and knowledgable team.

Fantastic experience: Bodywise is a hidden gem that I am very glad I found! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them! They all know me on a first name basis and make me feel so welcome on every visit. The gym has everything you need - there is a good variety of machines suitable for all and a good selection of classes to choose from too. I travel from Horsham to Warnham when there are plenty of other gyms within walking distance to me because the service I get here is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
