Fantastic experience: These guys know their stuff. Both Glen and Ian push me to my limit. Without fail, I feel amazing after each and every session. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I train with ian once a week, it's really good he makes me work hard doing a variety of different things which includes running, weights, cycling, core training and boxing which I really enjoy. Ian is always there when it comes to motivation.
