Nick Appleby Personal Training: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Started some eight weeks ago and I’ve been really enjoying it. Nicks got me using a gym app which he downloads my workout programs too and also a calorie one. These have proved to be a real turn around for me and Nicks consistently been there, always willing to help, offer guidance and support. He pushes you, makes you sweat, sometimes you wobble, but unless he does that, you sit in your comfort zone and won’t get anywhere. Nicks also a genuinely nice man, who I would highly recommend, whatever your goals and I’ll be personally staying with him!
Fantastic experience: Nick has been our PT for a year now. We started out for a month or so of sessions, but we enjoy our sessions so much, we haven't wanted to stop! Nick is knowledgeable and is great at tailoring for our fitness levels and various changing injuries! He is approachable and considerate and he makes our time at the gym enjoyable. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for someone to support them with their fitness goals. Tess & Stacey

Fantastic experience: I started with Nick back in the Summer and it was the best decision I ever made. Our sessions are always absolutely brilliant and I never dread going which is a first for me! Nick is patient and understanding, caring and considerate. He will be your biggest source of encouragement when you feel like you can’t push yourself, and your biggest cheerleader when you do. Not only is Nick the best PT, he’s also become a best bud and I wouldn’t be without him!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my sessions with Nick, he caters to your personal needs and makes you feel so comfortable no matter what level you are at. He challenges you appropriately, makes working out fun and generally makes you want to work out; none of that insecure feeling you get at the gym normally!
Fantastic experience: Nick is an amazing trainer. He’s so flexible when it comes to my crazy work schedule and makes sure to always fit me in. Every session he pushes me harder towards my goals and expects a lot from me which keeps me going. He even manages to work around general complaining/moodiness from me on occasion! He even helps me plan for workouts when we are unable to meet due to holidays etc. to keep me on track.

Fantastic experience: Nick was an excellent mentor to me on my weight loss and fitness journey. Nick designed a personalised plan to meet my goals over a six week period, and the plan was challenging yet effective. Nick was able to explain the exercises in great detail and show me the correct form. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is serious about their fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: Nick is currently the assistant manager at puregym in salisbury. Nick is a strong figure within the gym and clearly well liked and respected there by clients and colleagues. Nick is polite and very professional and presents how you would expect from a personal trainer. Nick has natural interpersonal skills and is a great communicator. I found Nick very quickly established what my fitness goals were and established my strengths and weaknesses to put together an affective programme for me. I have been training with Nick for nearly 2 months and found he has transformed my fitness already. He does push my fitness limits. I've always been fit and sporty so therefore have some familiarity with fitness and personal trainers. I put Nick right up there with the best and highly recommend Nick if you were considering a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Great and efficient training sessions! Very professional. Has all the knowledge to get you to your personal goals! Workouts are tailored to your needs! If you don’t feel comfortable with certain exercises Nick will adapt and keep a mental note for the next session. With myself having little to no experience in a gym, Nick immediately eradicated any concerns that I had. Regular check ups to keep you focused and motivated for the next session. Highly Recommended!
Fantastic experience: Amazing experience working with Nick. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not only coached and trained me but also educated me throughout. He helped me stay injury free and was great when I did feel a little pain anywhere. I would definitely recommend Nick.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with nick for a number of weeks now with the target to build muscle/strength through weight training. In that time Nick has demonstrated a deep understanding and knowledge through a variety of exercises plus highly detailed and well structured sessions. As a result of this I have achieved an 82.5kg bench press personal best which has been a big milestone in my training. I am feeling much stronger and have felt a massive increase in my confidence, I look forward to more training sessions with Nick and more personal bests!!

Fantastic experience: Nick is very approachable and friendly, and really knows his stuff. The programs he did for me have made such a difference to my strength and overall fitness. Great advice on technique and form for squats as well! Definitely recommend!
