Fantastic experience: Started at the zone with low confidence, Louis and Katie could not have been nicer, they were so welcoming and made me feel at home, my confidence grew quickly and I grew to love the gym, nothing is too much trouble and any queries I had were answered quickly and efficiently! Very happy with the zone callington!

Fantastic experience: Best in the west! I've tried a few gyms over the years but I have yet to find one better than the Zone Callington. It has everything you want and the equipment is next level. The Zone has a very friendly community and it's always a good atmosphere which really helps for a decent workout. It might just be me but having a good mindset when im training is a must and The Zone does everything to tailor this. I always leave feeling happy. Louis and Katie have done a fantastic job and should be very proud.

Fantastic experience: Great to have a proper commercial gym so local. The place is a professional run gym with private members only access. Staff very knowledgeable & helpful. Well equipped gym with a good vibe. I haven't enjoyed getting fit like this for years. I reduced my cholesterol & my blood pressure without medication. I lost to date nearly 4 stone, extending my life. Thank you so much, Louis loves winding me up about being older & wiser. He knows that pushes me on....✔️

Fantastic experience: I have to be honest and admit that am not a fan of "the gym", and I probably never will be, but The Zone have made it so easy to stick with it! So much so, I have been consistently going for almost two years. The owners and other staff members are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere of the place is chilled and very inclusive. I have never felt worried or self conscious, despite being an overweight middle, aged woman, who had never really been to a gym before! I would definitely recommend, especially to anyone wanting to go, but maybe worrying about it - honestly, there's nothing to fear!

This really is a good setup with a good range of free weights and excellent equipment to help get in shape with fitness classes as well. Fantastic experience: Very spacious, great equipment, plenty of classes available and wonderful staff. My 5 stars doesn't come from just that though, it's the fact that there are optimisations and innovations being introduced to the space regularly, which makes finding the desired equipment to finish your workout a breeze. Finally with the ability to access the gym 24/7 makes finding excuses not to go nearlly impossible ;D Thankyou to everyone at the The Zone

Fantastic experience: I’ve been apart of the Zone for a while now and all I can say is it is AMAZING. All the team are welcoming and helpful. I used to find going to the gym daunting and felt silly asking for help but the Zone Team made me comfortable and at ease when I struggled. I have struggled with losing weight because of my health and Katie and Louis have always been there for personal support. As well as the team being amazing the equipment and facilities are 10/10. My partner goes to the Zone and he also raves that quality and variety of equipment is great. The Zone is a gym suited for anyone and you will be made to feel at home. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: Living in Manchester and Liverpool before moving down south I'd probably joined every gym, smaller ones and the big commercial ones. To be honest not one of those came close to The Zone in Callington. The Zone I have to say is the ultimate gym, the gym that has everything, you walk in and your first thought is wow. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly and will show and take you through everything and oh yes free lockers too. What more could you ask for, get yourself along!

Fantastic experience: Love the gym love the people, I base my score on the gym now and what the gym will be, the gym is progressing all the time with new equipment and new classes. I call it home from home and I intend to be training there for as long as possible. At 48 I've trained in a lot of gyms all around the country and I can honestly say I have never progressed so quickly after joining a new gym mind and body, I can't wait to see what I look like in another 6 months, great place to workout.

Friendly, approachable, professional will sort out training regime to suit your ability, health problems, age etc. Always helpful & encouraging. Easy to find. Loads of parking. Must be a member to gain access. Cost extremely reasonable. Lots of equipment. Rest, changing rooms. Clean. Classes are also available.

Fantastic experience: Amazing overall gym. Has lots of equipment for any type of training and now they're doing classes as-well. Always a spotlessly clean place and a friendly environment. Both the owners know their stuff as well and if you’re lucky you might even meet their dogs! 24/7 entry makes it ideal for any days you’re running late, you’d be hard pressed to fault this place!

Fantastic experience: Have been using the zone for a couple of years now- Louis is constantly upgrading and improving in every area- an incredible asset to Callington. Equipment is excellent and always kept maintained and up to date, Recently used Louis for coaching and had a really positive experience- improving my workouts and nutrition , a great motivator, positive and reassuring at every turn. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say after a good few years out of a gym environment being the heaviest I've ever been aswell as extremely unfit, I was fairly nervous to step back into one! But within 5 minutes of being inside the gym all the negative emotions disappeared. I had an extremely warm welcome with all the info and help I could have asked for! Fantastic experience: Louis and Katie have done a fantastic job setting up the Zone Callington. They make anyone new feel welcome. The gym has a good assortment of equipment to cater for varying needs and encourages people of all ages and abilities to be fit, healthy and active.

Fantastic experience: On a short break staying in Cornwall and chose the Zone Gym due to having day passes and looked really well equipped, pictures make it seem smaller than it is, has everything you need to train and the staff are really friendly and nice. Will be continuing to go while away for a week to keep up with training and would recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend the Zone more than enough, what Louis and Katie have achieved in this gym is amazing. They have created a welcoming and friendly gym, regardless of your goals and experience. In terms of equipment it’s some of the best I’ve seen and worked with, they go the extra mile all the time. Have been a member at the gym for around 10 month and have been working with Louis on his coaching program for 5 months and I can honestly say it’s been an absolute blast. The confidence and support he has given me has boosted my confidence and experience in the gym. No longer suffer with gym anxiety and body confidence has massively improved, his knowledge is brilliant and he’s alway pushing himself to grow and you to grow as well. I can’t recommend this gym enough, highly worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Been using it for many months now and the people are lovely the owners Louis and Katie and the pt’s that work in there are very welcoming as soon as you walk in, the kit is always looked after and many new pieces in over time, been working with Louis now for a little while with getting coached and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made not only have I made great personal progress in the gym and out it’s helped me realise the future path I want to go down.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! I was visiting my family from the States in June and stayed in Callington for a couple of weeks. My parents let me know about The Zone and I promptly went on the website to explore. Looked good so I signed up for a week's pass. Website is Super easy and user friendly. I received a code which I used on the door to gain entry. Being a 24-hour gym is cool and having an access code allowed me to attend whenever I wanted. The gym itself is great. Loads of equipment, barbells, dumbbells, machines, pull up bars, cardio equipment, bikes etc. Never had to wait to use any equipment. I did not do any of the classes though, so I cannot comment on them. Everyone was super friendly, and it has a great atmosphere. The week pass was perfect to use on my vacation. If I lived in Callington, I would 100% sign up. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to work out in the area.

Fantastic experience: Awesome little gym at the top of Callington. A good little spot for warming up and plenty of machines to use so you're not waiting around for people to finish their sets. Option of a day pass is great for those on a budget.Though iv not attended any myself yet there are classes all throughout the week. The only down side being is at busy times you are trying to find a space just about anywhere in the car park but iv not got caught out yet and its free so you can't complain too much. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Love love love this gym. Amazing equipment, opens 4am to 11pm so you can go whenever suits you, really enjoy going and they're constantly adding new equipment and updating things! Lots of space too.

Fantastic experience: The best legal high you're going to get this side of Heaven. Very well equipped and clean, always friendly, always helpful. Not too busy usually. You never feel out of place here. You can just focus on you without feeling judged or pressurised. But at the same time the more you come the more you want to come. And the more you come the more you want to push yourself. Great small business run by a lovely couple, Louis and Katie. Give it a go. You won't regret it.

I’ve been a member since they opened, and I can truly say my membership payments are going in to invest into the gym to grow Callington’s local gym. They have a app which means I can control my account through my phone and the owners are super friendly and helpful! They literally have EVERYTHING you need for your fitness and health! You won’t find a better gym then The Zone Callington!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with great facilities. The team are so friendly and I've never been met with such kind welcomes and smiles. I was a bit rusty coming back to training and I was offered a free induction which was informative, enjoyable and I felt extremely valued. They genuinely wanted to help and make sure I got the best out of the gym, both physically and socially. All in all, absolutely great gym and I thoroughly recommend. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility, great quality equipment with everything you could need. The atmosphere in the gym is top notch and Louis and Katie are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a community feel to the gym which is always good. Gym is always clean and tidy. A variety of kit means that there is never a long wait for a machine which is great. Fantasic variety of equipment available to use , had everything I needed. Staff were also on hand to help with any queries I had. Highly recommend, I will be back when im next visiting the area.
