Fantastic experience: Paddy is a 10/10 PT. I have met and worked with a few personal trainers on one off sessions in the past and none of them compare to Paddy's friendliness, passion, and knowledge. I cannot recommend him enough. I wanted to significantly improve my form on the big 3 lifts as I was not making decent progress. Finding and working with Paddy has not just helped me achieve that, but I've also gained more strength with him in 4 months than I did in years of training by myself. Join the team, it'll be the best thing you can do for your health.
Fantastic experience: After not going near a gym for 15 years, Paddy has given me the confidence to believe in myself and take the steps I need to start my journey back to fitness. Paddy is an exceptional trainer with years of experience behind him who invests a huge amount of effort in each of his clients. As an older client (56), I assumed I wouldn't be of any interest to a trainer, but the opposite has been true; every session with him is tailored to fit individual needs and I feel I've accomplished a great deal in the time I've been working with him. He takes a great interest in all his clients, even organising group social and gym sessions, which really creates a sense of community amongst us! I sat on the fence for years trying to find the confidence to start with a trainer - my only regret is that I didn't find Paddy earlier - he's one in a million.
Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy training with Paddy - as well as being insanely knowledgeable, he is so passionate about what he does and getting the best from his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients as individuals - getting to know the whole person and working out programmes that will be effective and enjoyable but also caring about their well-being outside of the gym. I've really appreciated the flexibility of what he offers (one-to-one, or small group training) and it has meant that I've stuck at training far longer than I have in the past and am still enjoying it as much as I did at the start. And his chat is top-notch!
Fantastic experience: I have been working with Paddy for just under 6 months now. I have always been active but when I met Paddy I was a complete novice to the gym and weights. The most I had confidence to do in the gym was run on the treadmill. It was easy to feel overwhelmed by the gym and I was unsure on how to help myself feel great. Enter Paddy! What I enjoy the most about working with Paddy is how comfortable he is with the environment and it’s clear that Paddy’s knowledge of the human body and how to best influence this is vast. Paddy is very able to adapt to your pace and will happily focus on your needs, no matter how quickly these change. Paddy’s adaptable nature is second only to his friendly, easy going and helpful demeanour. Life before I started training with Paddy was genuinely quite tricky when considering my health and fitness. I had a period of bad health during which I felt like I had tried everything to change. I changed my diet, changed my routine and tried to decrease stress in my life which did help. Despite this I was still left feeling like life was different from when I was in full health. Working with a PT was probably the last thing I wanted to do but the one thing I hadn’t tried. Little did I know I shouldn’t have resisted for so long. I am now getting to a point where I feel like I did before becoming unwell which honestly is the best feeling. After the period of being unwell I recognise how great it is to feel well and good in your own body. If you’re on the fence about working with Paddy I’m really not sure why. If you’re thinking ‘this could help make my life better but I’m not sure’. Give Paddy the benefit of the doubt because I feel secure in saying you won’t be disappointed, just go for it! Just trust in the knowledge he has and he won’t let you down. You could be starting on a really exciting journey towards better health and feeling great
Fantastic experience: I've trained with Paddy for over 6 months now and I'm still really enjoying it! When a gym opened up near work I decided to join but I didn't really know what I was doing and I had an old shoulder injury I didn't want to make any worse. I signed up for 10 sessions with Paddy to learn the basics of free weights, it was a bit of a slow start (covid and holidays) which he was really relaxed about and once I'd finished the sessions he set up a group for a few of us to continue training. I now do one session a week with 2-3 others which is great fun and has helped me improve and gain more confidence. I now train in-between sessions with someone from the group (Paddy writes us programs) and Paddy has been teaching us how to spot each other and recognise when to push one another and when to encourage a rest! I've been surprised by how's much I enjoy it and by how it's improved my flexibility as well as my strength, my bad shoulder is no longer noticeably worse than my other shoulder and stronger than it's been in the last ten years! I'm looking forward to getting stronger and seeing what else Paddy has in store for our sessions!
Fantastic experience: Paddy is a trainer who gives you his full attention at all times. He makes exercising fun. He is so encouraging, listens and knows when to push. I would never have got to this level of fitness and strength in the gym on my own as I get closer to my seventies.

Fantastic experience: After a long hiatus from exercising, I decided to look for a personal trainer to help reduce the fear around returning to the gym and I’m so glad that I found Paddy! He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, whilst also being super kind and friendly. He has an all-rounded approach to fitness and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and build confidence in the gym. I really couldn't recommend him enough. My only regret is that I didn't start training with Paddy sooner!!
Fantastic experience: Paddy is a great PT and a lovely human being! I would especially recommend him to anyone who’s afraid of stepping foot inside a gym for the first time - it can be quite daunting but Paddy helped me build the confidence to even go by myself! His holistic approach to fitness and general health is fantastic and really tailored to each individual.
Fantastic experience: Absolute gem of a human. I have always been very nervous about approaching a personal trainer (more down to my anxiety and low self esteem rather than a comment on PTs). Paddy made me feel so comfortable straight away, he took time to understand what I really wanted to achieve. He is supportive and knows when to kick my butt and when to give me a break. He knows so much about physical and mental well-being, he's also fun company. I actually find myself looking forward to exercise. If you are thinking about starting or continuing your fitness journey, take this as a sign that you've stumbled across a fantastic trainer. Go for it.
Fantastic experience: Have been training with Paddy for nearly 3 months. I had a stroke nearly 3 years ago and it affected my whole right hand side. I am working 4 days a week as a joiner and got a sore back after work. But with Paddy’s excellent training I have improved at least 80% and feeling a lot stronger. My limp on my right side has become less pronounced due to our training program. I would recommend Paddy to anyone, what ever your reason for getting fitter .He is is a good listener, and Tailored my fitness plan to my goals , needs and abilities . Seems to know how far to push me .

Fantastic experience: I first met Paddy back in 2013 on the gym floor. Since then he has consistently supported me through the ups and downs in my training and pushed me to achieve my fitness goals. 7 years and many sessions later, and as a qualified coach myself now, training with Paddy is still as enjoyable as that very first session back in 2013. He still manages to push me into that invisible gear I thought I didn’t have. If you’re looking for a PT that makes even the most gruelling sessions enjoyable, one that is on call whenever you need them, one that gets results. Then Paddy’s your man!

Fantastic experience: I was a regular gym goer before anyone knew anything about COVID. Coming out of lockdowns, I was struggling to get back into my old routine. Paddy helped massively in easing me back into things. He's always on hand to provide solid advice and any targets and goals set always feel more than achievable. Thoroughly enjoyed my time training with Paddy so far. He makes sure you're working hard and I always come aways from the gym with a smile on my face ready for the next session. If you're in need of a little extra support or looking for that person who will continually push you to the next level then Paddy's your man for the job.
Fantastic experience: So after almost 12 months of lockdown, being seriously out of shape and pretty much zero motivation I got in touch with Paddy to organise some training sessions. Paddy is a very personable individual. He took time at the outset to build an excellent rapport, understand what makes you tick and identify what I wanted to achieve. He is incredibly supportive, but at the same time he works you hard. He tailors every session, so it never gets boring. Due to the nature of my work I can be away from home often at short notice. This means no equipment is available to train with. He will improvise as required to ensure you you get maximum benefit regardless of where you are or equipment used. As well as physical training, he has also assisted with working on mindset and nutrition which which all go hand-in-hand. So to sum up ... if you want to improve you’re physical fitness, mental well-being and mindset give Paddy a shout. You will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Paddy for about 3 months now. At the beginning I approached him while being rather deflated and unmotivated in the gym. He helped me overcome my slump in preformance by listening to my goals, as daft as they me be and taking them seriously. He has been challenging me continuously with fresh, varied and rewarding programmes, in which I have been losing continuous kilos of fat and building monstrous amount of muscles. He has helped me feel motivated, fitter and most importantly; have a healthier mental state. Even with the challenge of no gyms, lack of equipment and also no enviroment to get in the head space of 'it's gym time' due to lockdown, Paddy has kept me on track and passionate about what I want to achieve. If you are willing to put the effort in, I would highly recommend this expert as he will return your investment of energy to aid you in the right direction of getting results. I have recommended him to my friends as well as I truly believe he has helped me.

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Paddy as a PT. He is very thorough in his explanations and helped me get to the bottom of why I wanted to come to the gym more - helping with my overall motivation!
