Fantastic experience: A welcoming and an ethically diverse local gym. Great weights section, a real old-school atmosphere with a variety of machines and broad selection of cast iron plates and dumbbells which is very difficult to find in these modern/commercial gyms. The classes are amazing. The boxing sessions are always lively, productive and engaging ranging from Kids - Teens/Adults. This club probably, if not IS the biggest Wrestling club in West Yorkshire, instructed by world renowned Olympic Athletes and Champions, with clear demonstrations, efficient techniques and great sparring to end the sessions - you're guaranteed to get your moneys worth here while being present in a non-discriminating atmosphere. **More martial arts classes available** The owner, Shewy, is a respectable and caring man as it shows from his genuine interest in everyones progress not just in the club but in life. You will take away major life lessons here and develop a solid mindset in this setting that's for sure!
