Rogue Jiu Jitsu, formally known as BJJ Hertfordshire provide Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training in the Hoddesdon area for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ is a grappling based martial art that teaches to effectively control and submit an opponent.
Head Instructor Reece Foy has dedicated many years to the study and practice of martial arts. He found that of all the arts he had practiced BJJ captivated him the most and has since dedicated himself to refining and improving his proficiency both as an instructor and a lifelong student of the art.
Rogue Jiu-Jitsu also boast a selection of high ranking instructors at the club, varying from foot lock specialists to fundamental instructors and conditioning coaches.
