Fantastic experience: the only gym where i’ve felt so welcome from both the staff and the fellow gym goers- it’s like everyone has the same goals and mindset here, i’ve never felt afraid to ask anyone for help, or feel self conscious about what i’m doing or wearing special shoutout to gemma- she always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, there’s no other gym i’d rather go to <3

Fantastic experience: I have attended this gym for a while and it's the best gym I've been to to in telford. The range of equipment is fantastic, and the staff are always willing help if you are unsure on how to use a machine. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, there is no atmosphere from other gym members too which is great, everyone is talkative and nice! From being nervous when I first went to the gym and now I just walk in and do what I need to dont even batter an eye lid about anxiety!

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly gym to be part of, as a woman of a certain age, I dont feel intimidated or uncomfortable in gym, everyone is so friendly, whole team make you feel very welcome, and always on hand to give advice, and take on board members requests when looking to purchase new equipment. Give it a go on a trial day pass £6.00.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Telford, the equipment is amazing and staff extremely friendly. Chris and Gem the owners, are two of the most welcoming people I've met at any gym and that's reflected by the community they've fostered. They have a great selection of supplements as well as an in gym selection of pre-made high nutritional value, low calorie meals. Despite being a relatively new gym, they are constantly listening to feedback of members there and bring in new equipment acting on their members wants and needs. On top of all this, the gym is soon to be expanded and will offer even more. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone nearby and suggest you check it out.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this gym now for around 2 months. The staff are great, and they listen to all members of the gym - they even take requests on what we would like to see introduced to the gym and take action upon it, a selfless aspect of the gym that helps it become more what the members want rather than what an owner perhaps envisions in their head. They really do value their members, and all equipment is maintained to an incredibly high standard.

Clean, sleek styling throughout that really makes it a welcoming, well lit environment. To top all of that, you'll find very accommodating owners and staff members that are always greeting people with a smile and supporting anyone who needs it. 5 stars! id recommend trying Elite out.

Fantastic experience: Elite Strength & Fitness, really is Elite! I think I've been a member at every gym there is in Telford, but never really felt settled or comfortable enough to go on my own, when the need arises, until I found this place! Gemma and Chris (the fabulous owners) are like gym besties, you're always greeted with a welcoming face and friendly banter. The gym itself is brilliant, with great equipment that's well maintained and kept super clean! There's preworkouts, post workouts, protein snacks and even meals available, so every aspect of your training needs are met. Love it here!

Fantastic experience: Been a few times now. It is clean and has all modern equipment for all your needs. They are very friendly and helpful. I'm signed up with kieron Woodgate as a pt and he's very good.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with all the equipment a lifter could need. All the machines and free weights seem brand new and are in excellent condition. Plenty of parking spots outside the gym and has changing rooms and convenient storage by the front desk. The lady working (Kerry?) was lovely and came to check that everything was okay during my workout, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn't get to meet the owners unfortunately, but it's a family-run gym and they seem to be genuinely passionate about making sure things are up to a high standard. I was even asked for any ideas on anything they could do to improve, which I haven't had happen before and is a breath of fresh air. It is competitively priced and definitely worth the money from my experience today. I just wish I had more time to check out the cardio equipment but it looked like there was plenty of it from what I could tell.
