Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, I am going to miss it! The trainers are so friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable, I had a great intro session with Luke assessing my technique. The other gym users are always smiling and say hi, and the classes are great fun with a real feeling of camaraderie. The equipment and lay out is top notch. I love the high ceilings and open lay out, there is always space. Great range of free weights and racks with a few essential machines, it had everything you could need. If Carlsberg made gyms...!

Fantastic experience: The whole experience of Legacy has been amazing since day one. All the Coaches are awesome, very knowledgeable, understanding and will push you to get the results you want. All members and coaches alike will make you feel at home straight away which put any of those nerves at ease. I can’t recommend Legacy enough to my friends and family, hands down the best choice I’ve made training at Legacy.

Fantastic experience: Thank goodness!... 'I am home'.... the buzz of the staff and clients is addictive. I want to be there every day. after 6 weeks I already feel stronger, and have more energy and am naturally more active throughout the rest of the day. I am hooked!!
