Fantastic experience: Jack is an excellent PT who has helped me to vastly improve my core strength and conditioning performance over 8 weeks. He also helped me train safely despite a shoulder injury, focussing on improving my form. Thanks Jack for helping me overcome the injury and giving me the confidence to continue training, building and putting in the hard work.
Fantastic experience: Have been with Jack for about 3 months now and noticing real differences - both in overall strength but also general fitness and balance. He has been very flexible on location/timing when needed meaning I can work around kids/work schedule. Despite the nice review, I say I hate him about 5 minutes before the end of each session... I think that's cos he's pushing me harder every time!

Fantastic experience: Great PT. I love my sessions with him. He always has a variety of exercise, no session is the same. I would thoroughly recommend him if you’re looking for a PT.

Fantastic experience: Jack is brilliant, he always prepares the sessions really well and understand my needs. He knows exactly what techniques to use to get an effective workout within the one-hour session. He is very flexible and fun to work with and is very encouraging. I am fitter and more toned as a result and I don’t have lower back pain like I used to. I really enjoy working with him. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Jack has been my personal trainer for the past 18 months. He has spent a lot of time to establish my needs and develop a training programme to achieve my goals from training. He has a great deal of patience and provides great encouragement whilst I’m training. He always checks after each session about how I feel about about the training. Jack is great at pushing you at those moments I might be flagging. This is always done at the right level and I never feel I have over done it! So, he has the right balance of approach. Jack has a very friendly and yet professional manner. He has a good sense of humour ( he always laughs at my poor jokes !) I recommend Jack as a highly skilled and motivational trainer. Fantastic experience: Jack is a great personal trainer, he is friendly and professional. Jack listens to your goals and keeps you motivated without being pushy. The sessions are challenging yet entertaining and enjoyable . Jack really knows his stuff and I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Jack is really encouraging and positive. The sessions vary week to week so keeps it fresh. Always on time and responds quickly to queries. I would totally recommend him, especially if, like me, you have fallen out of the habit of regular exercise.

Fantastic experience: I have had 13 sessions with Jack so far. The routines different on each session and are pushing me each hour and I am seeing great results. Im so pleased I discovered Jack and wished i had done years ago as so much more effective. Jack motivates me to push me further.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Jack for 2 months now and he is an awesome PT! I love each session as they are always different and they are realistic for my ability and goals. Before our PT sessions I was very unfit and so self conscious but with Jack's help I have become more confident, fitter, slimmer and feel so much stronger! As a shift worker I find it easy to fit in my training sessions with Jack as he is flexible and because he is reliable I never miss a session! Thanks Jack for your patience, motivation and for making me like exercise again! Looking forward to my first online PT tomorrow!

Fantastic experience: Jack is a fantastic trainer - he designs sessions that are tailored specifically to our goals, and we're already feeling more energised and fitter as a result. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Jack. I have really enjoyed my sessions. I sought his help having lost momentum with my fitness over lockdown. Jack has really helped me regain confidence and strength. He keeps the workouts varied and fun. Jack has pushed me in the sessions and I feel like I’m making great progress again. I have really enjoying working with kettlebells and have really valued Jack’s support and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Jack’s a brilliant personal trainer. My twice weekly sessions are a central part of my routine and when one of us can’t make it, I really miss them. No two sessions are ever the same and he really understands your limits, always taking you beyond where you think you can go - you definitely know you’ve had a workout! And the mix of body weight, kettle bells and boxing is probably the best form of exercise I’ve ever done. And to top it all, a really nice guy.

Fantastic experience: Been using Jack for a little while now. With such a busy work schedule, its great having him come to us which saves so much time. He really mixes his sessions up, so the sessions fly by but also the intensity improves as you get fitter so you are always improving. I would really recommend him and I am already seeing the benefits of our sessions together
