Fantastic experience: High standard of martial arts teaching and especially impressed by progress made by young primary school aged children - Excellent fitness classes everyday after school drop of 9.15 (I go every day!) so don't need to rush or pre-book just turn up - loads of parking, friendly and plenty of space and equipment! Gym available to work out whilst the kids are in their lessons. Cant recommend it enough!
