Fantastic experience: Rory is a an excellent technique-focused PT who focuses on strength training. The gym has a wide array of equipment for people at any fitness level. Strength Armstrong offers 1x1 PT training, classes, and gym plans for members. An excellent workout space in the Elephant & Castle area.
