All levels are welcome to every class and there's so much choice as there's classes on every single day (even a ladies only class on Tuesday) Coach Will is one of the most knowledgeable guys in bjj with the best teaching style I've experinced.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone who wants to get into BJJ. Everyone is super friendly and just wants to see you do well. Plus they seem to be competing every week so you can see how good they are. Will is always encouraging me to get in when he hasn't seen me in a few days with a quick message asking if I'm training today.

Fantastic experience: I joined Strategy after being at another gym for almost 5 years previously, and have been there for well over 2 years now. Will is an amazing coach and has a brilliant teaching style that really works for me. The gym also has an impressive number of Black belts that are are willing to support and coach too. A great bunch of students that work hard and support each other every session. The gym is ideal for hobbyists and those that like to compete, I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to write a quick review as one of the black belt coaches here at strategy bjj. The gym has a warm and friendly environment, we offer ladies and beginner classes, as well as advanced so everyone is welcome. We have some serious knowledge, with several black belts and lots of high colour belts who are always keen and happy to help, especially Will and myself who have been training since the late 90's! We regularly have guests from overseas, to share experience and we are always looking for new and exciting skills to work on, recently we hosted the B team and the Daisy Fresh team from the USA, feel free to drop us a message or come on over!

Fantastic experience: I have trained at strategy fight team for around three years now after being at multiple gyms round the area. Under head coach 2nd degree Black belt will nolan, he brings years of competition experience from wrestling,catch and Bjj winning bronze at the nogi European ibjjf open in rome. Strategy offers multiple classes throughout the week with coaches who are passionate and experienced in there chosen disciple, from freestyle wrestling, go and nogi jui jitsu, kids and women only classes where competitors and hobbyists share the mat and are always happy to help and see each other progress. The gym also host seminars from top-level grapples from around the world recently having Damien Anderson (B team and the only man to win by ko in combat jui jitsu) and the pedigo submission fighting team over (multiple wins across Ibjjf, WNO and high wrestling pedigree) Contact will or Lucie to arrange a session to join in and meet the team.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best thing that’s ever happened to me. As a veteran that deals with a lot of issues and injuries this place has pulled me through, being surrounded by other veterans and like minded people. This gym is all about jiu jitsu and all about support and teamwork.
