Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to gyms since 1992. This one is up there with the best. Brett, Seb the PTs and general members have fantastic knowledge to share. As a functional fitness newbie everyone is so encouraging and thoughtful, it’s a brilliant gym to work out at. Normal gyms don’t have a patch on this place. I would thoroughly recommend. Nico is a funny Umpalumpa as well . A real family feel and welcoming gym. A true treasure and find!

Fantastic experience: My understanding is that this place is essentially a cross fit gym and although I'm not particularly into that training regime, but find all the necessary equipment here that is needed to do a wide range of exercise. Its open 24/7 and the owners/members are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Nine lives is such a special place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming - I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym before. The equipment is some of the best, everything you need is there. You won’t find a better gym in the area - plus there’s great coffee too!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about heading back to crossfit gym but after speaking to the guys of ninelives the nerves vanished quickly. They were very approachable and and very welcoming. after being invited to attend couple free Fri night live sessions as a taster I was hooked. Not just by workout but by how friendly and welcoming everyone was too. And I signed up as a member. Also as a new athlete to hyrox they have most of the equipment needed 4 this and also having the ability to attend the gym on my own free will any time for as long as I want is great 4 me due to my working hour So if learning new skills working hard and achieving Yr goals is what u want then give ninelives is deff gor you

As someone that works shifts I found it so convenient that I could access the gym anytime day or night and a uch value for money compared to any other gym I’ve been a member of. The best.

Fantastic experience: This really is a great facility and when it comes to a no nonsense gym this has everything you need. Great for crossfitters, Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters or even genral gym goers. Something that stands out for me is having trained in a number of gyms over the years I have never felt so welcomed. This place has a genuine sense of community and makes going to the gym part of your social life. From beginner to professional I highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym one of the best that I have been to in a while, the kit it top notch you learn a lot about what fitness is very quickly. Amazing members everyone is friendly and welcoming, any fitness level is welcomed and it’s an amazing group to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: I was initially apprehensive on walking through the doors at Ninelives gym, however any concerns I had were quickly dismissed due to how welcoming and encouraging everyone is. I've now been training here for the last 3 months and couldn't be happier with my decision. There is a great range or equipment here and keeps works out varied and interesting. Would highly recommend a visit

Fantastic experience: Great little gym - all the equipment you need and a great community feel! Love the ‘Friday Night Lights’ event they do every last Friday of the month where we all get together and do a fun group workout then go out for dinner and drinks after :)
