Positive experience: Fantastic gym Bit on the pricey side however. I think the plans thay have suit everyone. And the equipment is brilliant. If your serious about the gym and willing to give 2 months at least. Then you find it is worth the money .

Fantastic experience: My physical and mental well being has come on by huge amounts since joining 16 months ago. I have worked closely with PT Matthew whos knowledge has increased my confidence to be able to take my strength training to the next level. The classes are always fun, welcoming and energetic. Clean equipment and facilities. Finally, a shout out to all the staff. Martyns is full of amazing ideas for the gym will i hope will soon be implement. His energy is infectious. Matthew, incredible PT, makes classes inclusive and challenging for all people from all walks of life. Sydney <3 the star of the gym, always a smile and full of knowledge and words of encouragement. Amazing positivity princess <3 Alex, quiet but deadly, really come out of his shell and knows how to push me in classes. His background in physio has been a huge help when i ve been injured and needed support in healing. Thanks legends!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a shout out to Matthew at the gym. I think he is the unsung hero at Energie. He is hardworking and promotes a warm and friendly atmosphere. A patient personal trainer with alot of knowledge. It is so appreciated.

Fantastic experience: It's a great, little boutique gym. There's a mixture of Technogym and Primal equipment, so all good quality. There is not a huge array of machines, but ultimately, I've not had an issue training as I need to. It has only recently opened, and has been quiet during my sessions (5am or 7:30am depending on work) but that is expected of a boutique gym. Although, I am seeing more people each day I go, which is always a good sign. It's definitely welcoming to people of all levels and there's a wide variety of people training, so there's no need to feel uncomfortable if you're only just starting up. I'm 42 and not done any strength training for about 3 years, and I feel comfortable in there. Location wise, it's great, especially as the other gyms in the area are on the outskirts of the centre. They validate parking too which is always a bonus. Overall, it's a great little place to train.
