Fantastic experience: I started training with Scott to achieve some goals on the track, I can already tell I’m gaining strength on and off the bike - my body feels better in itself, I recover quicker after big interval blocks and my starts on the track have improved massively. If you’re considering training with Scott, just do it… I can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: My son is a National level swimmer, and starting training with Scott to develop his power, alongside existing capacity and swim technique. Scott was able to produce a tailored plan after discussions and reviewing swim videos of areas needing improvement. Working with Scott we have seen a significant improvement in the areas identified, an overall improvement in times and in the last year significant advancement in rankings. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and can clearly adapt to sports outside of cycling.

Fantastic experience: I came to Scott looking for a winter strength and conditioning programme that would prepare me for endurance riding on the bike in the summer. I have an ongoing issue with compressed discs in my back and needed to build resilience but in a way that did not risk further damage. Scott put together a personalised programme that took into account my current fitness and limitations , and provided just the right exercises that enabled me to gain strength and support the back. There was plenty of variety in the programme, with phases that built up in intensity and volume, but always at a manageable but challenging level. Scott was always available for a video call to discuss the programme and make tweaks as necessary. I was really happy with the way the programme worked - and the results speak for themselves. This summer I was able to go to France and ride the Col du Tourmalet and do a double ascent of Mont Ventoux. All with no issues with my back, and feeling an overall level of strength that I’ve not had before.

Fantastic experience: I found out about Scott via a cycling YouTuber and I'm so glad I did! I was in the process of moving to Sydney, Australia, but figured I would reach out given he was an online coach. He was happy to help me out and built me a cycling strength plan that suited the southern hemisphere. It was great to follow a detailed program, knowing it was built specifically for cycling. I particularly enjoyed the mobility sessions which I found really helpful. Scott was great to work with - he would regularly check up on how I was going, it was nice to have that accountability. I was also able to send him my form videos and he provided detailed advice on how to improve things. He improved my squat by making a few easy tweaks which I was super pleased with after years of not knowing how to improve it! Would highly recommend Scott to anyone who wants to improve their cycling or general strength, regardless of where you are in the world!

One of the great things about online coaching is that geography doesn’t matter. Even with me in the UK and you in Sydney, we were able to build a strength plan tailored to your cycling goals and the southern hemisphere race calendar. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with a friendly atmosphere! It truly feels like being part of a big family. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and they host amazing parties for those who enjoy a bit of dance :) I also love how central the location is—so convenient! As a mum of two, I sometimes find it challenging to attend classes due to the timing. It would be wonderful if there were more lessons available after 6 PM to accommodate different schedules.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym with the small class sizes creating a real 'family feel' with everyone chatting, making the workouts fly by! The classes are well planned out and booking is easy. Technology is used effectively during workouts to track your progress. I have increased my strength, self-confidence and always feel de-stressed after a workout at Fast Fit First

Fantastic experience: Scott has created a superb training package for the aspiring cyclist to help to improve, flexibility and strength. Fantastic experience: Scott has been absolutely brilliant. The tailored programmes that he has built for my daughter have had a significant effect on her development and overall results in her field of sprints and hurdles. Fantastic experience: Great cycling focused gym workouts, which combine mobility with strength training. Direct contact with the coach Scott Pearson, for advice and feedback. The app sequences you through the session including supporting video clip with Scott giving instruction on correct form for the exercise. If you’re looking for something other than the turbo trainer to enhance your cycling fitness this could be for you. Recommended

Fantastic experience: I started training with Scott mainly to build the strength in my knee back up post acl reconstruction surgery. With a mix of in person and remote coaching I have successfully returned back to fitness, fully regaining the strength in my leg as well as increasing my overall body strength. Could not recommend Scott enough!!

Fantastic experience: I chose Scott and Fast Fit Strong, as he was recommended by other highly admired cycling coaches, that I know and use, who are coaching at the highest levels in cycling today. Scott has transformed my faith in S&C. He provides me with tailor made plans that have developed my performance on the bike and have overcome my absolute dislike of S&C but as importantly he has ensured I have not suffered the injuries that I had twice experienced from other coaches S&C training. Scott’s approach has really worked. I have significantly improved both my peak power and endurance levels as a direct result and just as importantly I actually really enjoy the 3 sessions a week (2 with Scott) that I do, something I never ever thought I’d write!! Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working with Scott. He was recommended to me as a strength and conditioning coach to help me work through issues that had become apparent whilst marathon training. His programmes are brilliant, his communication excellent, his support unwaivering. When I tell people I train with Scott many have told me how lucky I am to have found him. I agree. Fantastic experience: I started training with Scott on the recommendation of a friend, after breaking my hip. As a keen cyclist, I was concerned that I wouldn’t regain flexibility / strength and previous levels of performance. In the event, although it took some time, I’m now stronger, fitter and faster up the hills (my passion) than previously. I’d happily recommend Scott (and have done so) to anyone willing to put in the effort to improve. You will get a personal program which allows for your ability, any injuries etc and will make you stronger on the bike.

Fantastic experience: Started working with Scott when 3 months from Ironman got an IT band injury. Scott's work outs not only helped me getting over the finish line but also improving my bike time by approximately 30 mins. Best part of working with Scott is he is very prompt and eager to help. Fantastic experience: I started training with Scott a few months ago with the goal of getting rid of a niggle i had experienced a few times on the bike and also becoming faster. 2 months on and i can report no more niggles and this last week i got a strava kom (my only one!) and 2 days later set a personal 20 min power record while being lighter than my previous best.

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely no regrets about using the services of Fast Fit Strong! Actually, that's not true. I wish I'd found it years ago! Scott is a pleasure to work with. He can work with all level of abilities adapting training techniques to the skill level of individuals. My balance and overall body strength is definitely improving, impacting positively on my everyday life. He has an amazing knack of getting me to work harder than I thought possible. I have no idea how he manages it. I guess its his knowledge of sports psychology and years of experience!

Fantastic experience: I went to Scott with ankle issues following pregnancy as the lack of strength and some joint problems were hindering my training. Scott provided me with a programme to follow to help rehab and strengthen the areas which he identified as weaknesses along with 121 sessions in which we would work on the specifics. Scott is very professional and approachable and provides an excellent service to his clients. Im really happy with the progress i have made whilst working with him.
