Fantastic experience: Such a friendly welcoming Gym. You Couldn’t be made to feel more welcome. Amazing workouts, every time! Being trained by professional fighters that are so down to earth it’s a lovely. Bootcamps with Boxing included too and suitable for all ages.. we are all treated equally and the atmosphere created from everyone is just brilliant and so much fun.

Fantastic experience: Its the real deal, great coaches that are real fighters and they care about your progress. I wouldn't go anywhere else and its great for all levels, if you're a complete novice they'll make sure you get to learn quickly but more importantly at a safe and geniune speed. If you're a pro you probably already know about suggys anyway so nothing more to be said there. Full of really friendly people and coaches, if you're brand new to any kind of fighting and apprehensive about walking into a gym then this is exactly the place you want to go to. You'll be welcomed and helped even if you've never seen a pair of gloves before. Unlike other gyms i've trained at before that just leave you to fend for yourself or let you pay to pass grades you'll get real coaching at suggys! Cant recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Great family run Gym and Boxing club. Loads of different activity choices, aimed to promote healthy living through activity. All the family are actively involved in MMA either training or taking part in competitions. Personal Training is provided if you want and non contact boxing/MMA fitness sessions are just a few things you can do. Drop in and have s chat.

Fantastic experience: Regular gym users, this place is the real deal. Run by pro’s, for people who want to learn to fight or have a real workout. Fabulous team running the place and loads of experience between them. Great for martial arts, but also the benchmark for people who want to get fit, not pose. Their Bootcamp has a reputation of its own!
